I have used them a couple times now.

First, they are very fast to respond! Both times I've needed them they got to my property the same day! Second, they communicate well. By text or by phone, they have been available to answer questions and discuss scheduling and carrying out the jobs. Third, the quality is great! I had an AC unit that has been giving me problems for a while, they were able to actually get in, find the problem and resolve it fully.

Late evening we experienced water coming out of an air vent. My husband made a quick call to On Air and Eli answered!! Eli was able to get us book for early morning the next day!! Eli arrived in time and he quickly diagnosed the issue. Our drain was clogged on the main unit of our home. On Air has a reasonable service call fee and pricing was fair and honest. Mainly posting to say how much I appreciate Mauricio’s service. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Top notch! Had some issues with communication between dispatch and getting someone to call us back, but none of that was Mauricio’s fault.

My tech Will did a great job. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable and was able to adjust the fan speed which made the unit run more efficiently and with better temp. splits. He did his diagnosis and determined that there were no refrigerant leaks. Honest, dependable & reasonably priced. They will always have my business.

Cool Atmosphere had been our to go AC Service Company for which they installed our new AC Unit back in 2017. I'm glad to know that Tech Thomas will still be able to be our AC Tech. He knowledgeable, professional, kind, gets the job done right, and a veteran, like me. So, Now we're looking forward to working with Austin Air Conditioning now that Cool Atmosphere Air Conditioning have merged with one another.
