The pricing was great, and the installation team did an excellent job—professional, on time, and efficient. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the system has been running perfectly.

That said, the customer service experience could use improvement. There was no pre-appointment walk-through or consultation, which made the process feel a bit impersonal. Communication was inconsistent, and we ended up dealing with different people at each stage, which made it hard to get clear answers. Also, we were told there would be a referral compensation, but that was never honored, even after we followed up.

All in all, a solid company for pricing and installation, but expect a more hands-off experience when it comes to customer support.

Installation was expertly completed by the technicians (Francisco; Alberto and Edgar). They not only did the work, they took care to clean up well and insure nothing was damaged or disturbed in the home. I also have had great interaction with the ladies in the accounting department. Team Enoch presents as a company that values both their employees and their customers.

Great installation! James and Francisco completed the installation without a hitch. It poured rain half the day and they still were able to complete the job in the time promised! The price was several thousand dollars less than the eight other companies I contacted. No one was anywhere close! I got the brand I wanted and am very satisfied with the end result.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, I never knew that you can turn the power off to the thermostat by the switch in the attic

James was able to come out the same day, replaced a fuse, checked everything from the thermostat to the heater. The fan wasn’t working at first, but started up again and all is working well now.

Team Enoch are professional in installing my EV charger and they did great job. The electrician took their time explaining everything and walked me through the whole installation process.

Great company, always willing to go the extra mile and their prices are pretty reasonable compared to others I have reached out to for similar work. I even signed up for their “gold membership” since I was calling them so much for different things that needed fixing around the house. So, fingers crossed I hopefully save a little money moving forward for anything that I hire them to fix/repair in the future.

I put out a call for plumbing help to the web and Enoch was my first contact. The problem was that my toilet was not refilling after flush. Jacob Zapata called that he was on the way and arrived in the next hour. He quickly identified the problem as a stopped-up hose (big surprise to me). Replacing the hose and some old worn toilet parts took only a few minutes and we were back to normal. Excellent service. However, he did not leave me with any ID or paper work which was confusing for me because I was getting calls from other vendors and got unsure as to who I was dealing with. Another phone call and email fixed the ID problem. Thanks, for the speedy service.

They were super quick with the quote and listen to the products I wanted not the ones they Think I needed. They didn’t need to come out prior which was nice with my current situation. They cleaned up after and were gone in 6 hours.

From start to finish EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to from sales Rep, accounting, and technicians were absolutely AMAZING! Super professional and helpful. They also quoted me the cheapest out of multiple companies I got quotes from. We finally have a working AC and am grateful for the easy no BS service.

We had our hvac system replaced and ducts cleaned. Everyone we worked with from sales, scheduling, accounting and especially the gentlemen that installed the system and cleaned our vents were FANTASTIC. Oh and pricing was the best out there. I highly recommend Team Enoch.

Pricing was great and for a name brand matched system. They beat all the other competitors quotes by thousands(and the competitors were offering the ‘economy’ brand). The installers were also excellent and professional. They laid down tarps and cleaned up after the install. Definitely recommend.
