Amazing service from David and Austin Breeze, we had a musty smell and some suspected health issues so had them come out for a cleaning, turns out we did have mold in our ducts, David inspected everything took pictures and provided a quote quickly and they even adjusted their schedule to get it done faster with the health concerns got it done in an afternoon. Austin Breeze came out and added insulation to our roof space two years ago for a total cost of $3,146. We already had the basic insulation between the rafters but they said they would bring it up to about 18 " to allow for settlement. I didn't check at the time but they quoted for R38 which is about 10 inches. I never inspected after they completed the work which was a failure on my behalf but after the recent cold weather I decided to take a look as our upstairs was still cold and found in places they just sprayed a thin layer over the existing and others they didn't place any extra insulation. Not really sure what I paid the $3k for.

Austin breeze came to my house the very next day after contacting them. They were in and out within 30 minutes and even looked inside my dryer to see if there were any components that weren’t functioning properly. They’re a very kind, friendly and efficient business.

Used yelps "request a quote" feature. All the companies had different pricing structures but Austin Breeze had the best prices overall for our situation.

The serviceman came timely and explained the whole process and took a little over an hour to clean the vents and put antibacterial spray. Showed before and after pics, and was pretty honest about our system being pretty clean to begin with and to keep doing what I'm currently doing since it's working. Basically, replacing the filter per the schedule. I would definitely use them again if this is ever needed.

Austin Breeze came out to clean my dryer vent after my almost-new dryer started giving me an error message about a blocked duct. They were prompt and courteous, and they arrived on time (always appreciated!). While they did seem to be able to clean the vent from inside the house, our outside vent was too high for them to reach. After two trips to try to solve the problem (they even were willing to come out on a Sunday!), they refunded all my money because they weren't able to complete the cleaning. Even though they didn't have the equipment to clean the duct, their customer service was excellent and they were responsive and thoughtful. Fantastic customer service!

Whenever I'm told any service is free I get nervous ,however I got way more than I could bargain for.
