The tech try to upsell me show me a before picture and supposedly did the work but couldn’t show me an after picture. He seemed a little upset when I wouldn’t agree to the up sale, but his assistant David was great.

These folks came out and cleaned, repaired, and repainted my fireplace. Eddie was super friendly and professional. He showed up when he said he would, was very personable, did the work quickly, was very clean, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Not sure what else you could do better. I’d certainly suggest Eddie/Austin Breeze for any work that you might need on your fireplace.

Where do I start? Stephanie who coordinates all appointments is amazing. She has the patience of a Saint. She was extremely helpful and extremely patient with my concerns and frustration even when we experienced what we thought was a severe mold issue after the initial visit. She was even able to schedule an impromptu same day emergency followup visit. David who was our technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He walked through every step and provided detailed remediation. Went well above and beyond. High quality service is hard to find. Everyone on the team at Austin Breeze have just that! I recently had Austin Breeze Air Duct Cleaning come out to clean the air ducts in my home in Austin Texas, and I have to say, they did an incredible job! The guys from austin breeze found mold in my HVAC system , after calling them for maintenance cleaning for my air ducts here in Austin TX , they started with their free inspection of my system and David immediately could show me something was wrong, my air ducts were in a rough state and they had a mold growth in them, David could provide me with a quick quote and agreed to the fair price, asked if they can have it done soon and he agreed to finish his work day and come back to my house to have it done the same day, absolutely great service.

Had my dryer vent making D90 error which mean that the vent was 90% clogged, was wondering if it the actual dryer machine or the vent, we live in a place that was build in the 90’s, and we never had our dryer vent cleaned before.

Called Austin Breeze, and they were amazing from the first moment.
Stephanie, the office manager, was prompt and polite and could get me a next day appointment, when the gentlemen came over, they could immediately recognize what was the issue, the dryer vent needed to be cleaned urgently, and they did an amazing job!

Not to mention David, that was super professional, very polite, respectful towards us and our house (they wear shoe covers which I highly appreciate!) masks and gloves.

They could take an enormous chunk of lint from our vent ! It was hard to believe we had so much lint inside our dryer vent.

Now the dryer machine works way better and finally, I don’t have to do several rounds of laundry to have it dry completely.

They like to accept warranty jobs, and not do the work. They show up with no parts, say they need to order some and leave. Rinse and repeat. Don't work with this company. I have clients whos units have been out for months, they keep saying, "We'll be there tomorrow" and never arrive. Save your self some time and frustration and don't work with them at all.
