Reviews of local pros in Pflugerville, Texas

Tim and his partner accomodated all our requests without hesitation, we just had to say it and they were ready to do it. After getting quotes from multiple places, they offered us the best and much lower rates in the market for tree trimming. We are satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and timeliness of whole process from giving us quotes to getting things done. I would definitely go with Integrity Tree Service whenever I need in future.

Tim and the team did a fantastic job for me, I was very pleased with the work they did on my trees. Tim was very professional in communicating with me, working with me on scheduling, keeping me updated on the progress of the project, getting the work done on time, and they went to great lengths to ensure that I was pleased with the work.

I will only be using Integrity Tree Service moving forward to work on my land and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing Tree work done.

Our 40+ year old Arizona Ash unfortunately did not survive the winter storm. A personal friend referred me to Tim, but I still wanted to compare with a couple other tree removal companies. I was surprised at the wide range of quotes I was given. Tim provided a very reasonable and affordable rate, had excellent reviews online, and came recommended from someone that I trust. It was a pretty easy decision to make. Tim was very communicative before and throughout the entire process. Him and his crew did a great job removing the tree in a timely manner. We were concerned about buried sprinkler pipes, so we opted not to do the stump grinding. I would certainly recommend Integrity Tree Service and would gladly use their services again.

Tim (and Integrity Tree Service) went above and beyond! I had a couple of oaks I needed the canopy taken up, and wanted my shrubs pruned as well. Tim responded in a very timely manner. He even accommodated his quote for extra asks, and gave me a more than fair price. Then on the day of work, showed up exactly at the time quoted, and then went above and beyond pruning my trees and bushes, and even anchoring a leaning tree in the back. His communication, arbor knowledge, tree climbing ability, and and overall professionalism are top notch! This is the ONLY tree service I will be using from here on out! Thanks again for everything, Tim (and Integrity Tree Service)!

Tim from Integrity Tree Service did a wonderful job on our front yards live oak tree- raising the canopy and making it look clean and appealing from the street.

He works efficiently, is knowledgeable, and very kind. We will definitely be asking him to take care of more trees on our property in the near future!

Thanks Tim!

Tim and his crew are the best! They are reliable, efficient, and their pricing is great. I highly recommend them.

Integrity Tree Service (Tim and his aid) did a spectacular tree trimming job: quick response to my quote request, on-time for the scheduled work, and beautifully balanced symmetry describes the finished appearance of my tree. They were efficient and tidy. Absolutely will hire again. I highly recommend Integrity Tree Service!

Great Job & Service; very professional crew with safety minded workers who really knew what they were doing & definitely the best price among the 5 quotes & he also took down 3 annoying trees in the back & mulched my dead roses I needed hauled off- definitely would use them again & again - Aldo

I had a ton of mesquite to remove and Tim did a fantastic job. Very professional, showed up on time, and did a thorough job.

We were way overdue for a tree trim!
Tim and the team were responsive, showed us great before and after photos and were priced fairly for a big job!

Quick, affordable, and professional service. Payment options and didn’t force me to haggle prices. Every other contractor was giving astronomical prices but Tim was straightforward. Thank you.

I have 24 oak trees on my lot and Tim Hayes the owner was extremely responsive. From the time I requested a quote to when he did the job he was on time every time and did what he said he would do. I am very fussy when it comes to my trees and he kept asking me if all was ok and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. His crew is very experienced, polite and very helpful. They sanitized their tools before they began. They efficiently cut the trees as requested and cleaned up as it they hadn't been there. I highly recommend them. They were reasonably priced and did a very professional job..

We had a first experience with this company and owner Tim. He / they trimmed two mature oaks for us. We were very pleased with all aspects... communication, diligence, value. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing. Communication was great! Had a large cottonwood taken down. They did a wonderful job!!! I do recommend and will be using services again in the future!

Integrity tree service did a wonderful job on the trees in our front and backyard. We also asked them to trim our shrubs and they did a great job on those too! Very fair price and professional job, and I will absolutely recommend to anyone needing tree service.

I have been needing my two front trees trimmed for months. They came over and helped me figure out what needed to be cut to still maintain the beauty of my oaks while also making me happy lol
They came and began trimming a few days later, cleaned up and left and I couldn’t be more happy!

Integrity Tree Works did an excellent job removing a tree and cleaned after themselves. I am very happy and satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend ITW with anyone.

Tim and his crew were exceptional to work with. We only had two trees to trim, but they did a great job. I would use them again.

I’m not even sure where to start with our amazing experience with Integrity Tree Service! After getting 5 other conflicting, confusing & extremely overpriced quotes from various companies we were feeling hopeless. I felt like any time I spoke with other companies they were not listening to what we were requesting & just giving us the full quote for work we did not want at the time.

Then I had a phone call with Tim & he quickly affirmed how we were feeling with our previous experiences/quotes & he truly listened to what we were looking for. Tim came out the next day to assess the situation with the 2 concerning trees. We had a 60+ foot pecan tree which was leaning toward the home & beginning to uproot, we also had a 60+ foot oak tree with some very large limbs over the home & some suffocating a magnolia tree we wanted to save. After his visit he provided me with multiple quotes for various amounts of work that gave more flexibility for different price points so we could choose something we were comfortable with, we had not gotten this from anyone else despite requesting it. All other companies pushed their own agenda & the highest price points possible, but not Tim!

Tim & his crew scheduled us quickly after we confirmed we wanted to hire them & the work they did was quick, clean & everything looks so great!! We had requested the trunk of the pecan tree be left at a safe height so that IF it fell in the future the house would not be in danger & they did exactly that! Tim also confirmed with so much weight off the tree that the trunk would not fall. They were even willing to leave many smaller & larger logs neatly behind so that we can sell the larger logs & use the smaller for firewood (which we requested)! We couldn’t be happier with choosing Integrity Tree Service & I will be recommending them to anyone & everyone I know!! Can’t wait to use them for future jobs. If you need any work done, don’t bother calling anyone else!

Tim and his crew have been trimming our trees for years and we’re extremely happy with the service every time. He’s quick to respond, shows up when he says he will and offers reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

I needed to have a stump ground down in my front yard and called Integrity Tree Service. Tim was prompt and professional and gave me estimate.

He showed up on time to perform the work and the end result was fantastic. I now have a better looking front yard and couldn't be happier with the job Tim did.
