Reviews of local pros in Pflugerville, Texas

On Friday the 13th, a big tree fell on my car. Better Price arrived quickly and the crew started removing a lot of huge/heavy limbs from the tree, so I could pull my car out to freedom. And with very little damage to my car. They did an excellent job!

Had two trees removed and cut up into firewood. I was able to keep the mulch from the chipper too.

Fair quote and responsive communication. Crew worked fast and efficient. Made sure I was satisfied with the job before payment.

We had a wonderful experience with this business! They came out for a free quote and were very reasonable, without "nickel and diming" us. The guys showed up on time and were very professional. The workers were able to complete a very big project (huge willow tree removal plus several smaller trees) for us in about 6 hours. They mulched what they could and left it for us and then hauled off the remainder of the extra large stumps. They used the grinder on the stumps and left us with a flat area. They also did a great job cleaning up the entire area afterward. I would highly recommend Areli and his team to anyone in need of tree services. Thank you!

This is from Olga and Paul.
We had 2 trees to remove - one large on front yard and one medium on the back and this guys did a very good job!
Fast (in 4 hours), yet accurate and then cleaned well after themselves.
Oh, by the way, the guy, who estimated, was also very nice guy and gave as the best price, nobody could compete !
For real Better Price Tree Service !
Great Company !

A storm knocked our giant Sycamore tree onto our house. Better Price Tree Service came out the next morning for a quote, and by 3pm the tree was gone. They worked so fast, and were so careful not to damage the house further, I will 100% be calling them with all our tree needs in the future. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

We used them this morning to remove fallen and broken branches in both our front and back yards. Goodness, what an impressive company! 4 guys showed up on time, asked a few questions for clarification, and then went to work. They were professional, extremely competent, polite, relentless and thorough. All of them. I cannot imagine another company surpassing them and honestly even doing as much as quickly. Amazing group of men.

Areli showed up right on time for the estimate. They were actually early on the day of the service, which was fine with me! Great price, great work (they actually did more than we originally agreed on) and very professional. My neighbor said he will use them for his next service.

Better Price took care of a huge ash tree back in August and they did such an amazing job! They gave us a fair price, were very professional, and ground the stump and roots to the point where we can’t even see where they were anymore! They even took care of another stump that was in our yard. We were super impressed and would definitely recommend them!

I called this company in the morning (8:30am) about trimming one of my front yard trees and talked to Areli to get a quote. He came by within the hour and got his crew to come by the next hour. Martin and Salvador did a great job trimming the tree, giving it a nice leveled look on top and cleaning up all the cut branches. They finished the job in about 30mins (11am). They were professional, fast and are Better Priced!

Wow! They have the best prices in town and genuinely listen to your concerns. I asked about 2 trees and when I eventually decided not to do 1 (foundation) they respected my decision. I would have loved to give them more service by both but still ended up getting 1 tree done. They were amazing and will continue moving forward to use them. Areli is awesome! Thank you.

I needed an oak tree removed and another one cleaned up. Andy and his crew were fast and efficient and they gave me a fair price. Andy is my go-to guy to help me take care of my trees.

I've used Better Price Tree Service several times at my house and was impressed with the work they did. A few days ago they trimmed the large oak trees at my rental house. These trees had freeze and ice damage from winter storms of the last few years and some limbs were causing a nuisance for my neighbors. Areli, the owner, is very knowledgeable about trees and made recommendations about where and how much to prune for the health of the trees. Martin and the crew did a great job on the trees and cleanup of the yard. Better Price Tree Service is on time and reliable. They provide great service at a fair price and I highly recommend them.

Areli and the crew at Better Price Tree Service did an AMAZING job trimming the trees in both our front and back yards this week! This is the 4th time we've used their services, and they consistently impress us with their professionalism, expertise, and great value.

We had the unfortunate luck of one of our massive cedar elm trees die from rot due to improper tree maintenance by the previous owner. Not only that, but the massive tree was splitting right down the middle and half of the tree had a risk of falling on our house. We searched around reviews on several sites and called 5 tree service companies over a couple days. One never returned my call. Another wanted a crazy price just to provide an estimate. The other three came out quickly and provided professional guidance, each spending time with me to discuss our options and what they plan to do for us. Areli, the owner of Better Price Tree Service, was very professional and friendly, extremely helpful in talking through our options and what they would recommend we do, and was also able to commit to bringing a team out first thing the next morning to take care of our emergency. He took a bunch of pictures (prep for the city permit) and provided us a very fair price - several hundred dollars less than the other two (who were not overpriced at all) and they also would be able to grind the tree stump down and remove all debris. And sure enough, the next morning, his team arrived on time and ready to start work as soon as possible. Areli came out to oversee some of the work and chatted with me about his long history in the tree service industry and about his equipment and staff. And then an hour and a half later and our front yard looked as if the tree had never been there. Amazing work, super fast, very professional and courteous. I will definitely call Areli and Better Price Tree Service the next time we have a need and I highly recommend them to others.

Great communication, very nice and professional, great price for the work completed. Arrived on time on the date agreed, efficiently removed a large tree, removed debris and cleaned up. Chipped on-site and cleaned up around the truck before leaving. Easy to pay via Venmo (one option). Will recommend and would use again if the need arises.

Myself and a couple neighbors used Better Price Tree Service to remove our dead palm trees from the February storm. We couldn't be happier with their service -- competitive quote, quick availability, professional, and quality work. They didn't hard a plant or flower surrounding during the removal and they cleaned up everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Isaac quoted me a fair price. Barna and the other crew member did excellent work removing a large section of a willow tree tat was damaging an adjacent tree. The crew also safely and efficiently trimmed branches near my roof line which is about 30’ off the ground. Excellent and trustworthy service!

This company is outstanding! We had much higher quotes with much longer wait times. The crew came within 24 hours of providing an estimate, because they were able to fit in the job - amazing! The crew was so professional and courteous, and not only did they move planters so they wouldn’t get broken, they cleaned up and put everything back. I will definitely use them and refer them to others!

Areli and his team were excellent. He came out to my property to assess the damage from a storm that hit hours earlier and scheduled the service I needed for the next morning. His team removed the tree and other debris within 50 mins; I was impressed at the speed and professionalism of his staff.

I highly recommend this company as they gave me a very fair price for high quality work as well as superb customer service. Areli and his employees are friendly, respectful, and do excellent work.

Better Price Tree Service did an outstanding job for me. I had been calling around getting bids for an oak tree trimming for a week, I'd have businesses give me a quote and when I expressed concern about high price they then tried to bargain to drop price. Better Price gave me their best deal the first time and was a "Better Price". They are prompt in responding to calls and coming out for service. The results were great. The crew was very nice and educated me on certain things around my yard and trees. They did a great job in cleaning before they left. I will be doing business again.

They did a fantastic job trimming the dead wood out of my live oak trees and cleaned up the yard better than it was when they arrived. All this at the best price that I was quoted!
