We had the best experience using Nealco! After contacting multiple companies to come add a new plug on our back patio they either wouldn’t call us back or would not show up. Corey was quick to respond and completed the job for us. He exceeded our expectations with his top notch customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Corey was great. We called him last minute and he showed up the same day. We needed some outlets moved and he made short work of it. Half way through the project, my husband mentioned he would like another outlet added to the other side of the room and Corey took care of that too. He was very professional and polite and seems to really enjoy what he does. We have found our electrical service! I am sure everyone at Nealco is great, I suggest asking for Corey.

We had lightning hit our house and knock out a bunch of appliances and damage the breakers. When I called that evening he responded quickly and once he was able to determine it wasn’t an immediate safety issue he was able to work me in the next day. He checked all the wiring and replaced all the issues with the sub panel. He also installed a whole home surge protector as well, which is something we wanted as well.

Corey resolved some issues with my home that the buyer wanted addressed. He arrived on time and did a great job. His prices are fair, and I will use his services when needed in the future.

I texted Corey Neal from Nealco Electrical Services, asking to install an EV charger in my garage. He was fast getting me a quote from some pictures I took, completed the install for a fair price, and did a quality job! When I raised a concern I had with the install, Corey was quick to take ownership and make things right without hesitation, and that meant a lot to me as a customer! Would hire again for any other electrical jobs!

Corey is an AMAZING electrician and you should hire him if you need ANY work done! He communicates quickly, is always on top of things, and gave me an amazing price on top of it all. I got a quote for a surge protector & a breaker and he beat all the nearby competitors easily. Next time I ever have a problem I will be calling Nealco and you should too!

Corey installed a new breaker for us and answered all of our questions about why we were experiencing tripping issues. While doing so, he looked over our panel setup and recommended certain upgrades - but not once did we feel like he was being dishonest and trying to get us to make changes that weren't pertinent. We were very happy with his estimates and the quality of his work!

This review is long overdue. We hired Corey to install under counter lighting and also add a permanent light in our under stairs pantry and also added track lighting into our media room. The pictures don't do it justice. Corey came in and did a great job explaining everything he was doing and did the job in just a day and a half. He also installed extra outlets. We couldn't be happier with his work. We highly recommend Corey and hope to use him for future projects.

I had a great experience with Nealco Electrical Services, LLC today. My air conditioner stopped working, and after a quick check, I found out the issue was a bad breaker that needed professional replacement. I quickly searched Google Maps and found Nealco.

I reached out via text and was immediately impressed by how quickly Corey responded. He was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in between his other jobs. Corey was very communicative throughout the process, even updating me on his ETA after he had picked up the necessary part from Home Depot.

VIctor came to my house the same day I called about service. He was polite and professional, and got the work done quickly. The price was fair. I would recommend Victor and Colvin Electronics to anyone needing lighting work done.

Initially my call was to just get an inspection of my electrical panel on the outside of my home in Lago Vista.
Instead I got an education in why certain parts of the electrical system are what they are.
My technician was very knowledgeable about his profession. Very kind very polite and answered all my questions politely.
His dispatch department sent me a polite reminder 24 hours of my appointment and then sent a biography on my technician himself.
His background in his profession, what he does in his personal life and this is a great company to deal with.
Once he was done doing the inspection of my electrical panel, he made suggestions upon my inquiries and took my credit card payment on the spot and emailed me my receipt.
I will definitely call them for any further future work I might like to do. I'd definitely ask for this technician again by name.

Thank you Colvin Electric! Hayward, the electrician, was super knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He fixed all of my outdoor lighting, made recommendations for better lighting, and installed timers that worked (and looked) amazing. I would hire this company again without hesitation.

So Colvin elec is super awesome. Installed generator transfer switch and installed new outlets/switch for island pendant lights. Hayward did fantastic job (and David too :)) Was very detailed an just careful of all the install Was no mess afterwards and Hayward did a complete walkthru to demonstrate the generator hookup operation. This is like a 10 star company and definitely recommend and would use again

Yeah, residential customers, don't waste your time. I did today. I believed their website with their page of residential service offerings. I read their reviews and saw 3 of the more recent reviews complimenting them on residential service. I left messages to get service and thought I was done seeking an electric company. WRONG. They apparently shifted business focus and didn't have the courtesy to change their website. Baited me right into thinking I had someone getting scheduled to come out, or contact me, and all I got was a refusal. Hey, business owner, can you find the time in your day to update your website? Lady on the phone said you made this decision months ago and yet you've still got all the residential service offerings up on your residential page. "Big or Small, Colvin does it all" -- laugh. No, you don't. "Residential Circuit Restoration" -- laugh. Nope, you don't do that either, but both of those are on your website. But hey, it's just the residential people you're angering, and you don't do that work, so it won't hurt you anyway, yeah?

Hayward was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our patio fan not working properly and fixed it very quickly. Very professional and excellent communication. Will definitely go to Colvin for our future electrical needs!

bid for a simple interlock system for a generator was ridiculously priced. They were more interested is selling me a whole house surge protector and membership. Neither did I ask for. I am a contractor and install equipment all over the united states. I asked for a break out of the bid showing the price of parts and hours expected to perform the work. They could not show me that at all. It's a 2 hour job tops. I can't believe home owners fall for that gouging. Would not recommend

We woke up to learn all of the power to our office was completely out impacting our internet and wine fridge. Needless to say, we were eager to resolve the issue. I found Colvin Electric online and was lucky enough to get a same day appt (they had had a cancellation). First, I love that they text you when they’re en route and provide a picture and qualification summary of the technician assigned to you. Awesome feature.

Our first technician Hayward was timely, professional and honest. He checked all the outlets in the office and said the outlet behind the wine fridge was likely the culprit but he couldn’t access it as the fridge had been professionally installed. Our next appointment I timed to have the refrigerator repair man and the electrician there at the same time. That’s not easy to do with lengthy arrival windows but Michael Galvez (Haywards manager) could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Candidly, the fridge repairman was extremely difficult to work with and Michael went above and beyond to help me manage an unnecessarily taxing situation. Michael was friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his trade, patient, and determined to get the job done right - which is exactly what he did. I honestly could not have been more thankful for him as a person and electrician that day. Bottom line, you get what you pay for with this company and I’ll be calling them for any future electrical work we require. MANY thanks again to Michael, Hayward and the whole Colvin Electric team.
