Heather got us set up within a day and Andrew was great! He let us know our options since our leak source wasn't visible and made sure our shutoff valves worked (they had been sticking). He even offered to install our flapper we had bought already. Super nice and helpful. We absolutely will keep O & M as our plumbers.

Landon was fantastic!! We haven't had proper working hot water since we moved into our house 11 years ago!! He came in, was very knowledgeable, made us feel like he really knew what he was talking about and did the job the same day which resulted in hot water in every faucet for the first time!! Not to mention he is just a very down to earth, friendly guy. We will definitely be using him again in the future and highly recommend him to everyone!! 😁

I had O&M out to replace my home owner water shutoff and PRV. Landen came out and did a fantastic job and didn't mind me hanging out learning about the work while he completed it.

This is the 2nd time I use O&M plumbing services. This time I had a water leak that wasn't visible. Andrew came and it was determined that the leak was outside. Andrew did a great job. He answered all my questions and the job was done quick. I appreciate the quick turnaround since I was losing about 7gph. I highly recommend O&E.

I had an emergency with my gas line and O&M Plumming services was able to find my leak an repair it with minimal damage to my ceiling. They were professional and coordinated with all the other service I needed at the time. I am very glad they were able to help me so quickly! Very friendly and helpful. Superb work!

Quick scheduling. Showed up on time. Very fair price. Chris did good work. Repaired a tub faucet where the copper stub was too short… had just been capped. Soldered on a threaded extension and installed the faucet. I eventually ended up removing the caulk & tightening the faucet to get it closer to the tile, then re-caulking in a matching color to the grout. See pictures of original work & distance from the tile. Still, I was glad to have the copper pipe soldered well making the rest of the job easy.

O & M plumbing guys are great guys. They were not out to make a quick buck from stranded home owners with issues from the recent Texas freeze. Helped me out when I had a pipe burst and water was shut off.

We needed to replace our waterheater. I called a few different plumbing companies on Wednesday but only O&M Plumbing called me back shortly after I had left my message. I'm still waiting for call backs from the other companies. Landen came out early the next day and installed a new waterheater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked steadily to get everything installed and cleaned up. We would use them again if needed.

Andrew immediately diagnosed the problem with my low pressure (an ancient water-softener failed, finally), and did not charge me! He prepared an estimate for a replacement and delivered it within an hour. Outstanding service, cannot recommend more highly.

Thanks O&M! Aaron did a great job replacing our builder-grade faucets and drains from 1996! The drain is faster now too! I love it. This was my 3rd time hiring O&M, and I’m delighted that I’ve got a go-to for whatever happens to come up around the house. Fast turnaround time too for getting the service appointment scheduled. O&M has become my go to plumbing company! I initially used O&M when I had my foundation leveled to detect for any leaks, they were reasonably priced and transparent on next steps if needed. I reached out to them recently for a smaller job and they had me scheduled, confirmed and fixed fairly quick for a non-emergency leak. After consulting 3 other plumbers to replace my specific tankless water heater, Andrew came and was able to source it immediately. Installation was very smooth and customer service from Andrew and Heather (in the office) has been excellent! I am excited to have a plumber now that can solve my house problems!

Chris from O&M came out to give us a free estimate on fixing a broken sewer pipe. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining and answering my questions. I couldn't be more satisfied with his level of service.

Andrew did a very good job. He was thorough and professional while allowing me to ask questions. The scope of the project was to install a new toilet and replace the angle stop. Total price was $614.00 which included a $100.00 pick up fee of the toilet from Home Depot. It was more expensive than I would have thought though.
