I’m super happy with O & M Plumbing Services! This is real feedback from a real customer. I highly recommend them if you ever need plumbing help and they’re super nice, honest, and really know what they’re doing. The consultation was free, and they clearly explained everything without trying to upsell anything.

I live in the Pflugerville area, and my water bill suddenly went way up. I had no idea what was going on with my water system. Chris, the technician, came out and took his time checking everything carefully. He made sure everything inside the house was fine and suggested the issue might be with my irrigation system instead. He was very kind and even gave me some leak detection tablets to check my toilets.

I had called a few other companies before, but O & M Plumbing was honestly the best experience I’ve had in the Austin area. Highly recommend them!

O & M responded very quickly, and arranged a convenient time with my tenant. Landon diagnosed and explained what caused water to back up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He gave me options and then took care of the problem. In addition, the work is guaranteed for a year. I'm very impressed with this company and my tenants are happy too.

Chris was so kind and helpful, he really took the time to explain the possible reasons for our water bill going up. Which meant showing us toilet pitfalls and what to look out for in the future. He also walked us thru the process of using the warranty on our shower cartridge for a reduced price on a future job. He was a straight shooter and just an enthusiastic presence, we are genuinely looking forward to calling O&M Plumbing once that part comes in.

Such a great experience. They were very kind, clean, and careful, and left everything neat when they finished. They double-checked that the stovetop worked perfectly after installation and did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again.

I've used O and M Plumbing on multiple projects (both residential and multi-family). Ben, Heather, Andrew, and everyone else in the company has been great work with and always provided excellent customer service. Communication was great from start to finish and the guys onsite did a great job explaining the situation to me each time.

Camera service: Ben and his team provide excellent camera services to check and confirm drain lines. They also provide video footage that can be saved and shared as needed.

Emergency service: Ben and his team saved the day for me multiple times as we needed to diagnose issues and solve them quickly.

I could not be happier with my new water heater and O&M Plumbing Services Inc! Landen was fantastic, very informative and had the new unit in same day. I had a kitchen sink that developed a leak. I Googled for a "plumber near me", and ultimately decided on O&M Plumbing Services (Landen). Everything except the kitchen sink itself was replaced (faucet, sprayer, drain hardware and pipes).
They were quick to respond, professional and did excellent work. I recommend these guys (and gals), and will use them again should the need arise.

They took time to explain the process of installation and potential benefits. Landen did a great job installing my water softener. The owner Ben also showed up with a needed part to help with the completion. Will be doing more business with them in the future.

Highly recommend O&M . Chris was awesome, checked our inside gas lines for leaks and replaced two gas broken shut off valves and replaced new washing machine hoses.. Me and my husband feel great knowing all gas lines in our home are good with no leaks. Very professional and fair pricing.

We recently purchased a beautiful mid-century home built in 1962, and while it had charm in spades, it also came with a few plumbing challenges. Enter **O & M Plumbing**, and more specifically, **Chris**—a master of his craft and hands-down the best plumber we've ever worked with!

From the start, Chris tackled every issue with precision, professionalism, and a genuine care for our home. He installed a **new main gas pipe** for our HVAC system, not only enabling the upgrade but also curing **slow gas leaks in the attic** that had been a lingering concern. That alone was a huge relief!

But Chris didn’t stop there. He **fixed a leaky toilet and its stubborn shut-off valve**—a problem that had stumped *three other plumbers*. His persistence and expertise were unmatched. He also installed a **new diverter tub spout** that seamlessly blended with our vintage fixtures, preserving the home’s original aesthetic while ensuring modern functionality.

And then there was the **outdoor spigot**, which had been virtually abandoned due to severe corrosion. Chris brought it back to life, solving a problem we thought was beyond repair.

Chris was extremely helpful during the visit to our residence to fix our water heater. He was knowledgable and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Extra points -- we actually got a different, very well known, plumbing company to come out 2 days before and they could NOT fix the issue. Chris fixed the issue in 1 hour after troubleshooting at least 5-6 different processes and explaining each one. I can not recommend O&M enough! We've used them a lot and will continue to do so. I have called on Braun HVAC multiple times and the service is excellent and pricing competitive and affordable. They are my “go to” choice.

I received the expertise of Greg after a previous company left me worse off than when I called for help with my AC. Greg arrived on time, was professional, courteous and figured out the probkpr with my unit in a matter of minutes.
He explained in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Then, He did. He was in and out in an hour or so. I'm so happy to have met him and would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs ac repair. Thank you Greg!

They like to accept warranty jobs, and not do the work. They show up with no parts, say they need to order some and leave. Rinse and repeat. Don't work with this company. I have clients whos units have been out for months, they keep saying, "We'll be there tomorrow" and never arrive. Save your self some time and frustration and don't work with them at all.

BraunAir is truly the best for your money. We trust only Greg to service our heating and cooling system. Greg is very professional, thorough and provides the best service. He also has great deals and payment plans on yearly maintenance to keep your system running smoothly and efficiently. I recommend BraunAir to all my friends.
