I am very impressed by this company. Our control panel for our refrigerator stopped working nearly a year ago and we had another company come out and try to fix it three or four times. Eventually, they gave up and refunded us the money for the service call. I called EDservice Appliance Repair yesterday and they got me an appointment for this morning. Nick arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, which is itself miraculous, since I’m used to most technicians showing up an hour or more late. He spent less than an hour diagnosing the problem, testing a fix, and confirming they got the refrigerator working. He gave us a very reasonable price and the refrigerator works perfectly now! Their work also comes with a 90 day warranty. I highly recommend them!

Egor recently installed a new gas cooktop in our house, and I couldn’t be happier! He was super patient and thorough, taking the time to listen to my needs and concerns about the whole project.

One thing that really impressed me was his attention to detail. The new cooktop was a bit bigger than the old one, so he had to make some adjustments to the stonework. He handled it like a pro, and the results were spotless. Not only did the cooktop fit perfectly, but he also cleaned up everything after the installation, leaving the area spotless.

Overall, I’m super impressed with his work and couldn’t recommend him more highly. It’s a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me! If you’re looking for someone who’s meticulous and attentive, he’s definitely your guy.

I have an old Kenmore oven/range, and one of the heating elements inside the over actually broke - sparked and had a small flame. Turned the over off and controlled the small fire, but afterward, the range top wouldn't work either. Found EDService Appliance using the internet for my area (Near Frankford and the Tollway). Good reviews and I got a good feeling talking to Roman, who handles the incoming phone calls. As my unit is so old, I wanted to be sure that they could fix it before adding the possible expense of having to buy a new oven/range by having to pay a fee for their trip out diagnose as well. Explained my situation, gave Roman all of the info that agreed to a plan/fee schedule for it.

Call was on Friday and so we set the appointment for Monday, early afternoon. Nick showed up right on time. A very sharp younger man who is pleasant and professional. I briefly repeated what I'd told Roman and led him to the kitchen. He went to work, and in less than 40 minutes he had replaced both the oven and broil elements (I asked him to replace the other while he was in there because with an oven/range over 20 years old, if one element broke down the other can't be far behind). Price was very reasonable (their diagnostic fee was less than most others, and they do apply it to the work if you go ahead and get it done while they are on the first call.

I will definitely call them again if (when?) my next appliance adventure happens, and also happily recommend them to anyone else looking for direct, honest and fairly priced appliance repair in the Plano/Carrollton/Addison area.

My 15-years old Samsung dryer finally stopped heating this Sunday morning. Checked Google & Yelp’s reviews and decided to give Edservice a call and Nick was sent over to our house in just 15 minutes.
It is the heating element that burnt out and it took Nick only about 20 minutes to replace it.
Very efficient and professional. A lot of screws and components had to be removed to get to it. It would have taken me a few hours to do it myself.
Glad I didn’t and I’d recommend Edservice to anyone.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I called them in the evening on a very short notice and Igor was able to have a technician out within a hr. Nick was wonderful! He showed me everything he was doing as he went along. Assessed my gas oven and found that my igniter was not working correctly. In about an hour it was like new again He eased my fear with regard to gas ovens. I would highly recommend this company. Nice job!

Serhii showed up to fix my Samsung Dryer, less than 30 minutes after I called. It took home 10 minutes to evaluate the problem (burnt/disconnected wire, burned out Heating Element and broken Idler Pulley. He gave me an estimate and talked me down to a lower cost repair to save money. His estimate was very low and he finished the repair an house later! The dryer runs fantastic and he connected the steam function which was never on before. I can recommend him or his company (Sensor Appliance Repair) enough.
