Our refrigerator stopped cooling. Serhii was very quick to respond when I called him. He came promptly. He was right on time and professional. He analyzed and found out the cause of the issue and fixed it. I was not even around the whole time. He also gave discount for new customer and warranty for his work, which I am very happy with :) Thanks Serhii!

My washer in Allen stopped on the rinse cycle. Sergey from Sensor Appliance Repair came the same day and replaced the pump, and it worked perfectly after that. I'm on cloud nine!!!

Our dishwasher started leaking while it was running, so I did a quick Google search and chose Sensor Appliance Repair. The diagnostic fee was $60 (as of December 2025), which felt very reasonable for this type of service.

Serhii came out the same day and clearly explained the issue, along with the cost of the repair and parts. He returned the next day with the parts and fixed everything quickly. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Andrei evaluated my LG refrigerator water filter leak issue. He purchased the parts and returned the same day to install them. He gave me information to ensure that I installed replacement filters without damaging the filter housing. He cleaned the floor and inside the refrigerator, and ran water through the new filter to ensure that it was not leaking and tasted right. He is professional, friendly, and prices are affordable. I highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs.

Our oven heat element went out while our home was on the market and actively being shown. Andrei came out quickly, ordered the part and had the repair complete within just a few days. Great, fast service and fair pricing.

Andrei did a great job figuring out the problem, getting the parts ordered and then reinstalled in a timely manner. He also made sure we understood everything along the way.

Washer repair: came out for an initial diagnostics visit (prepared with the part as I described to them the issue before hand). Didn't really do anything besides listen to my diagnosis, confirmed what I said was the problem, and quote a very high fee to fix. No investigation like cycling through the error codes, testing the washer machine, taking it apart to examine the parts. But, trusted that he's a professional and the issue was correct.
