The dispatcher and technician failed to communicate properly causing an uncomfortable situation between my client and the technician demanding payment. The payment he was demanding was also higher than they originally quoted me over the phone.
Luckily he got the project done but I won’t be using them again.

I've used AGB appliance to repair an old refrigerator and a washer, and just called them to diagnose a problem with my new refrigerator. They have been fairly priced every time.

Andrew has been my technician each time I've called them, and he has been amazing. He is punctual (even early sometimes), efficient, kind, very knowledgeable, and very clear about his diagnoses. Today, he diagnosed the problem and recommended I call the manufacturer so I could get the repair done under warranty (which maybe seems obvious, but I have had OTHER repair companies in the past do a repair that could have been done under warranty, charge me, and then tell me after the fact). I trust Andrew implicitly.

I called on a Saturday morning figuring it would be a few days to get a repair person out to my house, but Andrew was available to come out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my freezer and got everything working in about an hour. Could not be happier with their service, will definitely use them in the future!

Our washer broke and they were able to get to us the very next day. Unfortunately a part was needed and we were told it would be 3-4 days to get it in. Obviously that's beyond their control and we understood but it's hard to be without a washer with kids and pets even for just a few days. The next day Andrei called us to let us know they got the part quicker than expected and he was out 10 mins later to install it. Professional, punctual and knowledgeable.
