Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Dwell Roofing recently completed a roof replacement for us, as well as Gutter replacement, and we're very pleased with the results. Kelly Thompson was our contact there, and he was thorough and helpful every step of the way! We would highly recommend.

Jordan was awesome in assisting to repair some shingles that were damaged due to wind. Super communicative and on-time. Would recommend. Thx!

Dwell Roofing & Exteriors recently repaired my mother’s roof, restored shingles, and painted her 42-year-old house with precision.

Josh De La Rosa and the Dwell team also skillfully replaced fascia, soffits, gutters and drip edges. My mom is over the moon with their work and continues to gush over the improvements.

The team’s professionalism is unmatched, pricing is fair, and the workmanship is top-notch.

We lucked out finding Josh, and I highly recommend Dwell Roofing & Exteriors.

I recently had Jordan from Dwell Roofing & Exteriors inspect my roof after some bad weather. I had discovered two leaks in the exhaust vents, and Jordan promptly sealed them. Jordan was extremely professional and did a thorough job. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and I felt confident in his work. I will definitely be reaching out to Dwell Roofing & Exteriors for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend their services!

Update: I had Andrew come back out and replace all 3 of my turbines. He came last minute on a Saturday. Thank you again!

I had a great experience with Andrew, who came out to help me with my roof.
I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done based on what made the most sense for me personally and my budget. He was very patient, professional and I recommend him to anyone!

My roof was leaking water whenever it rained heavily in my kitchen so I’ve call three different roofing companies at 11:30pm when I found leakage and this company was the only company that answered right away. Dwell Roofing set up an inspection right next day, Monday, at 7am, and Westley came by at 8am and roof tune-up maintenance will solve my leakage problem. Mario and two of his partners came on Friday to caulk and paint all chimney and ventilation shafts on the roof. Mario went into my attic, which has limited space with low roof angle and insulation, and found the exact source of water leakage. Afterward, he went up to the roof and used repair sheet he had to go above and beyond to prevent water leaks in near future. Mario exchanged all old nails around my kitchen exhaust vent, which were causing leakage and put silicone to put shingles in place. When Mario ran out of spray paint, he didn’t just stop there, but he went to Home Depot to buy more cans to finish up the work perfectly. After their work, there were two days when it rained, and I didn't have any leak. I feel fortunate that I’ve chose Dwell Roofing for my need.

Dwell Lighting did an amazing job on our outdoor Christmas lights! The design was beautiful, the installation was flawless, and their team was incredibly professional. Our house has never looked better, and the kids were in awe when the lights turned on. Highly recommend Dwell Lighting for a magical holiday display!

I couldn't be happier with using Dwell. They repaired all the exterior wood trim of the house, painted, and installed matching gutters. Jordan and his team really went the extra mile with the project to make sure I was completely satisfied--with color selection, installing a patio ceiling fan I had purchased, and evenpainting the mailbox to match the front door. Everything looks fantastic, and the cost was far more reasonable than the other bid I received. I recommend Dwell wholeheartedly!

I recently had my roof replaced by Dwell Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time.

Josh, the technical rep, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was always available, even on weekends, to help with temporary fixes for the leaks that caused the issue. Josh also guided me through the insurance process, making it much easier to handle.
In addition to the roof, they also took care of the gutter and chimney work as part of the project.

The quality of their work is outstanding, and I am extremely satisfied with both the roof and chimney.

They replaced my roof and updated a section of the fence. The work was done quickly with no delays.

We had a big storm since then and both the roof and the fence withstood it with no issues. The fence looks straight and sturdy.

I recommend working with Josh De La Rosa. He is knowledgeable, always polite and friendly. I saved his contacts for any future projects I might have 🙂

JC was very knowledgeable and identified the root cause of our vent leak. Hassle free and great communication. They replaced roof decking and even some shingles. These are the right people to call.

I highly recommend Dwell Roofing & Exteriors. Jordan responded promptly to my estimate request and spent time listening to my concerns and evaluating the job. He managed the work performed by team and provided updates throughout the process. I also really appreciated the drone photos of the roof as it was being repaired! Jordan also went out of his way to find replacement shingles for a section of roof repair since my shingles are no longer manufactured. Thank you for a job well done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jordan came out in a timely manner to give me his honest opinion not only about my skylights (the reason for the visit) but the roof as well. He gave me multiple options and was willing to give the “fixes” a try before replacement. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to help.

We recently completed some exterior repairs including to replace the sidings for chimney. JC Martinez is the project manager who visited us first to understand what were needed to be done and did a thorough inspection. JC is very knowledgeable and professional and addressed the questions we had. He provided a quote for the project which explained each of items clearly with the associated cost. I'm very impressed by JC's professionalism, his attitude, and the way he communicated with me, a customer who were seeking a good company to do an excellent work on exterior repairs. The team, which JC coordinated, did an excellent work and completed the job timely. JC and his team deserve this five-start review.

UPDATE: I used Dwell again, since I've had such a great experience with Andrew Griggs in the past. This time we did the full roof replacement. My roof was already deteriorating before the wind storm took off a bunch of shingles. I knew this was the time, and it was MY decision to get a full replacement. There was no pressure from Andrew to do a full replacement.

WHAT AN UPGRADE. I went from a low quality 3-tab shingle roof to a Class 3 Architectural roof. Check out the before-and-after on the last photo for comparison. I could not be happier with Andrew and Dwell. It's the only company I would recommend to people. He even got the price down to below the estimate he gave me!

The day of installation everyone was there on time and they are a well-oiled machine. I felt like I got the best of the best and they finished everything in 1 day and cleaned up incredibly well.

This is the company to go with. Don't shop around. Get the best.

JC Martinez came to check on a roof leak i had and was able to immediately figure out was was going on. He told me the quote and was able to get me on the schedule the very next week. They fixed the cause of the leak but also to my surprise repainted all of the vents. Great job by him and his crew

I had a tree fall on my house during a recent storm. I was referred to Jordan at Dwell roofing and contacted him. He had a repair crew out the next day and took care of it immediately. Normally I would expect to pay more for that level of service, but the price was morr than fair!
I will definitely use Dwell for any future roofing needs!!

JC and his team was fantastic!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I reached out to multiple roofing contractors via Yelp after noticing a large leak in my kitchen ceiling. I went forward with Dwell Roofing after comparing their reviews and I'm so grateful I did. JC was able to determine that the leak was coming from my chimney. I mentioned my other concerns like my skylight leaking and a quote from a separate contractor, which he addressed. JC was very helpful with explaining everything and different options we could go with that would fit our budget and resolve the issue. Everything was done super quickly from the point of inspection to completion of work. I'm still very impressed with everything!

We had a great experience with this roofing company and are so thankful we chose them. They removed our solar panels, repaired all of the holes left behind, and completed a full roof maintenance. From start to finish, JC Martinez was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the repairs were done properly.

What really stood out was how kind, respectful, and easy it was to work with him. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I called to have someone come out and give us a quote on repairs and when I said I wouldn’t pay service free to get the quote the guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional…do not recommend.

He did excellent work. He showed up when he said he was going to. He was willing to work through weekends and on a holiday to make sure that my home stayed dry when it rained.
