stratton Roofing Stratton Roofing is the most horrible company of my life. They are immoral, exploiting money unfairly. Never ever use this company.

After doing business with this company, and receiving bad customer service and a roof that looks worse than it did before being repaired by this company, I went and checked the reviews normally I would have done this first but was snowed by the fakeness of the owner Jeremy . After checking Yelp I was surprised when I saw a review done by a fake customer and then the owner Jeremy responding back to her and.saying thanks for the review and btw don't let them know that we know each other !!!!!! Really so now the owner of this poor company has his personal friends posting FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!! now it all makes sense the poor poor customer service and workmanship .I would not recommend this company to anyone. .very dissatisfied ..

Unethical business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will make promises and tell you everything you want to hear before the job is done. Once the roof is on, those promises change and you're dealing with an entirely different situation. Look elsewhere for a legitimate and trustworthy company.

Outstanding company!!! Jeremy and his team were very professional, prompt and provided great customer service. When it came to dealing with the insurance company, they did a very good job. I really did not know what questions I needed to ask the insurance company and they put my mind at ease by taking care of this for me. The crew was on time, professional, polite and extremely mindful of my property and landscaping. They completed the entire project in one day and the clean up was amazing. I have recommended this company to my family and friends and I would recommend you give them a call - you won't be sorry.

Couldnt ask for better communication from a company. Johnathon walked me through the process of replacing my roof and kept me informed from start to finish. The roof was replaced in one day and it was absolutely beautiful! Would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone not knowing who they can trust.

NuGen has provided such excellent customer service and workmanship. Our HOA was sending letters regarding our leaning fence that had been damaged since a recent storm. Nugen went out of their way to send updates to our HOA ensuring the fence will be repaired as soon as Insurance had approved repairs. The work was quickly done and even when there were issues, Nugen was easy to get a hold of to provide updates and address concerns.

Bill was very prompt at providing an estimate and scheduling a time for the repair. Then end result was amazing and they were even able to to come a day earlier to complete the repair. Highly recommended and will definitely contact them for future repairs /projects.

Billy is a pleasure to work with. My back yard & they side have been a swamp every time it has rained since I moved in. French drains are in place, gutters were even tied in. No more standing water! And when the HOA finaly gives the OK, he will build our patio for out outdoor relaxing and pad for storage building. We wont have to worry about water not draining.

We worked with NuGen following the “great hailstorm of 2019”. They managed and arranged replacement of our roof, siding paint/repair, & window repair. We did experience some miscommunication challenges. However, the team met with us immediately & addressed every concern ensuring our full satisfaction. In my book that’s the difference between a good company & a great one. This is a Great company with excellent customer service & great work!!

I will definitely be using Billy at NuGen Contractors for all my roofing and construction needs! My client paid a company to get the house inspection and passed the roof. From the pictures we could tell there was roof damage from the hail storm and Billy confirmed this. He was very honest and quick to respond. He is even upgrading my client to a 40 year old roof! Billy is also taking care of replacing the damaged fence, damaged gutters, window and door repairs. Thank you Billy for making this process so smooth and taking care of my clients!
