Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

PSN did such an amazing job on my home. When life was falling apart, my home had water damage and they acted so fast and made life easier.

We had Property Solution Network come out after the most recent storms. They not only did a GREAT job but also thoroughly walked us through the entire process! From taking tons of pictures during their initial inspection and explaining each photo of the damages to meeting the adjuster and getting a new roof installed these guys are amazing! I will highly recommend Robert and Grant to my friends and neighbors!

Fantastic job! I called after the storms with a leak in my garage. They came to the house right away. Mason had his crew check thoroughly and I appreciated the honest work! Thankfully the leak was not from the roof damage and they repaired it same day! We will be using Mason and his crew again!

I’ve known and worked with Robert for years. Always professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Quality, Value……

I believe I cannot find a better roof company as PSN in DFW area- I have already recommended PSN to all my friends, but that is not enough, I have to write the whole story here. First, The boss Robert is very good at dealing with insurance companies. You don’t need to worry about anything! My roof was replaced and the work was done very well according to the insurance company's requirement. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also repaired the leaking ceiling inside the house and repainted the interior walls. That is not all yet- Just about one month after my roof was replaced, my house was hit by a big fallen tree branch which was caused by a severe thunderstorm. You may know Texas’s weather for the recent years- Hail, thunderstorms are very common and frequent. How bad the luck I had! I have to ask Grant to give me an estimate about the new damage again. I believe it will be a big loss, maybe need report to insurance one more time. After Grant looked at that he said that PSN would send someone to repair it for me immediately, and it would be free of charge! Can you believe that? I almost felt that I heard it wrong-Is there still any contractors or roofing companies that could be so nice? It seems that my luck is not so bad.
During this time, Grant went abroad for a travel, but he still sent someone to repair my roof... and it was free.I am so thankful of Grant and PSN roof.
So it is not that difficult to replace your roof at all- just find the right contractors. Please consider PSN roof for your choice👍👍
-Dallas area has been hit frequently by hail and thunderstorms in recent years. Many people are troubled by replacing roof and have various bad experience. I believe that you must find a trustworthy person and company to replace the roof, which saves not only money, but also efforts and time! Thank you Grant and Robert of PSN roof!

I highly recommend Property Solution Network for any major home repairs. This is the second time I’ve had them handle storm damage, and they were just as impressive as the first. Mason did an excellent job coordinating everything, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He was also incredibly accommodating, always willing to say "yes" to anything I asked. Every crew that came out was on time and left the work areas spotless. Hopefully, you won’t need major repairs, but if you do, you won’t be disappointed. You can thank me later!

Robert and his team came to our home to do an inspection following the storms. Robert was very knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process from the replacing of my roof as well as what to expect from the insurance claim/adjuster. He and his team communicated with me consistently and answered all of my questions. They were professional, quick, clean, kind and did an exceptional job!! I highly recommend using Property Solution Network. I will be recommending Robert and his team to my friends and family to ensure they get the same high caliber assistance and professionalism as I did!

Do not recommend this company. They cannot even fix a roof leak they introduced and call them a roofing company. "Mason" seemed a nice until they got the job and couldn't do it properly. They ignored us with the leaking problem.

Great guys, honest, and effective.. they upgraded us for free, did all the billing, and estimating with USAA, and kept us legal and watertight.. this is the second time we worked with them.. I pray there won’t be another, but if we have another tornado or flood, or hail storm PSN is who I am calling!

Robert and the guys are truly the definition of professionalism in their industry. Communication and timelines were clear and the process was simple. I highly recommend them for your construction needs.

RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! They replaced my roof last year and since then it started leaking from vent. They came 6 or 7 times to apply silicone and couldn't fix it and later said my warranty is void because I did not refer them to my friend. If you want professional service run away.

This company and its continuous harassing method doesn't deserve the single one star. For months I've asked for my contact to be taken out of their rotation, and they will not stop and call again asking for Nancy or any generic name- knowing that I have said plenty of times that I do not know any Nancy, I'll block the number, and the same agent will call back immediately after with a different number. I've started recording my calls to prove the harassment when I take legal actions.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and they came through quickly. They were professional, efficient, and got the job done right. I'd definitely call them again.

PSN was good to work with my contractor Clayton was a man of his word when he says he is going to do something he keeps his word. We had lightning strike fire and the remodeling came out great it was like walking in a new home. I really love my custom fire place and my white kitchen cabinets. They did a great job and I plan to call them for any future services. May God continue to bless this company.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Grant and Robert demonstrated unprofessional and unethical behavior throughout the entire process. Corners were cut, quality was poor, and they refused to correct their mistakes until legal action was mentioned.
They consistently avoid responsibility and rely on unqualified, low-cost crews to complete projects. After reviewing their online feedback, it’s also clear that many of the 5-star reviews appear to come from individuals connected to their office rather than real customers.
This is not a company built on honesty or craftsmanship — save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I had a great and very professional water restoration experience with PSN. My insurance company was giving me the run around, after a friend referred PSN, Grant and Clayton built an estimate and battled with my insurance to get coverage on all damages, once approved PSN and their team got my house put back together just in time for the holidays and it looks amazing!! I can’t wait to have my friends and family over for the holidays!

I couldn’t be happier with the work from PSN General Contracting. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. The team showed up on time every day, kept the work area clean, and made sure I was informed at every stage of the project.

What really stood out was their commitment to quality — they didn’t cut corners, and every detail was handled with care. The finished product exceeded my expectations and was completed on schedule. It’s rare to find a contractor that combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care the way PSN does.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who takes pride in their work and delivers top-notch results, I highly recommend PSN General Contracting. They truly set the standard for excellence in their field.

I highly highly recommend these guys. I wish I could give them seven stars! I had a tree fall on my house, It broke my hot water heater vent, causing rain to pouring through the roof along with breaking my freshwater line running to the hot water heater. Not only did they send out a plumber to stop the bleeding, they sent on a roofer and closed up the roof, they used machines to extract all the water out of my house that had been running for six hours!!, and then they tore out all the drywall and insulation that was sopping, wet, and used other dehumidifiers and big fans to get the house dried out so we had no mold. They then met with my insurance company and made sure 100% Of the cleanup and dry out were paid for, and found more water damage beyond what was apparent to the naked eye, and they were relentless with the insurance company to make sure 100% of the reconstruction was paid for. I almost hired a Public Adjuster at the recommendation of my brother. After seeing the extraordinary Work by Grant and Clayton, I can say that I would have wasted 10% on a PA. I have dealt with a roofers, and plumbers and remodelers in the past, but I have never seen such a comprehensive crew of talented men who know all the ins and outs of insurance along with the science behind drying, and then to rebuild my house better than my initial builder. They not only did what they said they would, but they went above and beyond. Thank you, Property Solution Network! I honestly can’t even express my gratitude enough!

Property Solution Network went above and beyond on my home projects. They handled my insurance claim and roof replacement with total professionalism, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. Their team communicated clearly, kept me updated at every step, and delivered high quality work that exceeded my expectations.

After seeing how well they handled the roof, I hired them to remodel my master bathroom and I’m so glad I did. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect they showed for my home were outstanding. The finished bathroom looks incredible!

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend Property Solution Network to anyone needing construction, remodeling, or insurance related repairs.

We recently hired peoples construction to repair the roof of our family home in the suburbs of Plano, TX, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the initial consultation to the final details, their team demonstrated professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine care for our vision and satisfaction.
