Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Unfortunately we got hit by the bad storms a little while back and had to have our roof replaced, Nathan Barnes helped us out and got our roof replaced all in one day and with the products I wanted. Cleaned up very good afterwards and the roof looks great. Thanks

I had a great experience working with this Peoples Construction — everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Big props to Joseph, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and truly cared about the quality of the work. I really appreciated his hands-on approach and the pride he takes in doing things right. Highly recommend!

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with People’s Construction, and the transformation is beyond what we imagined. From the design phase to the final finishes, every part of the process was handled with care and professionalism.
Joseph Mendoza was our project lead, and he made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He was always available to answer questions, helped us make smart design decisions, and kept the project moving on time. His eye for detail, especially when it came to cabinetry, tile work, and layout really elevated the final look of our kitchen.
What we appreciated most was how Joseph and the team respected our home during the remodel. The site was kept clean, and they communicated clearly about timelines and next steps. It’s rare to find a contractor who’s both talented and easy to work with, but that’s exactly what we got.

They told me they would fix my roof and I gave them my money and they never came back to do anything . I’m a senior citizen and they took my money . I’m on social security. And a fixed income they forced me to call in a claim and even after I told them I’m not financially capable of paying my deductible. . They scheduled a meeting with my insurance company and got my roof payed for they tricked me into signing a contingency agreement . And took the check insurance sent me . And now I feel like no one will insure me after what I went through . I need the Texas stat to know they are crooked sales men and give roofing companies a bad name . If the knock on your door don’t give them a chance call the cops report them I have and they know I can’t afford legal counsel. So they victimize me and left me in a worse situation than I already was in . The worst day of my life by far is answering there knock at my door . I live in Sanger Texas . Watch out for these crooks

Joseph inspected my roof and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciated his honest assessment and the care he took in answering all my questions. It’s clear he knows his work and genuinely wants to help. Highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for someone reliable and professional!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an associate of Peoples Construction Inc, Santiago, for a roofing project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. They helped me choose the right materials for my home and provided a clear timeline for the work.

The crew was punctual and worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was completed on schedule. They took the time to clean up the site after the job was done, leaving my yard looking as good as new. I also appreciated Santiago and his crew transparency regarding pricing.

I highly recommend Peoples construction for any roofing needs

I’m so impressed with Peoples Construction! The roof looks incredible, the crew was professional, and the whole process was stress-free. Joseph was especially great to work with—super helpful (and not bad to look at either 😉). Highly recommend!

Sabastian was great to work with—super professional and attentive. The installation went smoothly and was done right the first time. Highly recommend him and his team!

I am sooo grateful for this team! My husband and I are so happy that our roof is finally looking good again. Lorena has helped answer all our questions, and she was so genuine the entire time

We hired People’s Construction to replace our roof after noticing some leaks and storm damage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was efficient, professional, and completed the job faster than we expected without sacrificing quality.

Joseph Mendoza oversaw the project and kept everything running smoothly. He was upfront about the scope of work, walked us through material options, and made sure we understood what to expect at every stage. What really impressed us was how transparent and organized he was; no surprises, no hidden costs, just solid, honest work.

His attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every phase of the work. I had a great experience working with Omar. From our first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the process clearly, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. He stayed in touch throughout the project and made sure everything was completed on time and to a high standard. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and customer-focused. I recently hired People’s Construction for a major update to my property, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. What stood out the most, though, was their ability to handle a wide range of tasks without cutting corners.

Joseph Mendoza was incredible throughout the project. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and made sure the crew delivered top-quality work every step of the way. Joseph was on-site often, checking progress and making sure everything met both his standards and mine. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does—and it shows in the results. I’ve worked with other contractors in the past, but this experience was by far the smoothest. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and truly invested in the outcome of your project, ask for Joseph Mendoza at People’s Construction.

Chandler was excellent to work with! Knowledgeable and professional; would highly recommend People’s Construction for your home needs.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jacob on my new roof. From the very first consultation to the final inspection, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He walked me through all my options, answered every question I had, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work is top-notch, and it was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work!

Kevin knocked on my door and for the FIRST time in my life I listened and gave them a chance at giving us an inspection. The level of communication I received from the company has been outstanding. They followed through with every step and circled back to ensure we were satisfied and did not have any further questions. Kevin was here the entire day during install ensuring his team was well hydrated, the project was being handled to People’s Construction LLC expectations and I was satisfied. He kept me updated throughout the day and what they would be doing next. I would recommend PC to my most discerning neighbors and friends. Their pricing was fair and their recommendation for product in line with our home and neighborhood. They answered all of my questions, gave me time to feel confident in our decision and did not push for my business but earned it through consistency and honesty. The solar company they hired was just as professional and communicative which shows the boutique level of service People’s Construction provides. I hope you will give them a chance to earn your business. We are very satisfied and thankful Kevin came by that day to offer an inspection! I was not shopping for a new roof, nor did we know ours was in the shape it was in!

Edgar and Nik are absolute professionals at what they do. They’re dependable, sharp, and easy to work with (which is saying something when you’re talking about insurance claims and shingles).

They took all the hassle off of our plate, handled the insurance side like it was nothing, and got the roof done so fast and so well you’d think they had magic hammers. The whole crew was efficient, detail-oriented, and brought life back to this old house!

If you’re looking for a team that actually shows up, gets it done right, and even makes the process kind of enjoyable? These are your guys.

10/10, would let them climb on my roof again.

Colten with Peoples Construction was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain our roofing needs in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, professional, and made sure we felt confident in the process. I highly recommend Colten and Peoples Construction for anyone needing roofing assistance.
