Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Jason took real good care of us throughout the whole process. We were new to this process of replacing our roof and gutters and he was there to answer questions and was very responsive. He came out before and then after the installs making sure it all looked good before the final sign offs on each task. We would recommend Jason & these guys to anyone!

Our home got struck by lightning and required a nearly complete rebuild. George at West Construction was so helpful and ensured we were happy with how everything turned out. We are so grateful we found him!

West Construction did a wonderful job on my roof and siding!! George Alexander was knowledgeable, professional, timely and always kept me abreast of the job status! Second wettest March on record and no leaks!! His crew worked diligently and they cut no corners to make sure I received the best outcome possible. From my experience rare words indeed for a roof replacement Company!

The big windstorm that came through at the end of May knocked most of our large Oak tree down, and unfortunately it fell on our garage. Thankfully no person or pets were injured but it did extensive damage to our home. We soon realized that just finding someone to remove the tree from our roof and cut down the rest of the tree at a reasonable price wasn’t going to be easy. Other nearby homes in our neighborhood had also been damaged and many trees and fences were down.

We had used West Construction Group previously and were pleased with their work, so I contacted Jasen. He came over right away, inspected the damage, and showed me that it was in fact worse than I had suspected. In addition to holes in the garage roof, there were broken and cracked rafters – some of which would be hidden until the shingles and roof decking could be removed and repairs started. The garage door, gutters, and fence had extensive damage. Also, there was water damage to the ceiling of the garage and the adjoining room inside our house. No doubt about needing to file an insurance claim.

We told Jasen we wanted West Construction to help us file the claim and then do the work for us. I am happy to report that turned out to be a very good decision.

The first thing Jasen did was to arrange the tree cutting, making sure the workers were aware of our damaged roof and careful not to injure themselves while also minimizing further damage to the roof. Next up was successfully working with our insurance company to ensure they would cover the claim. From that point Jasen helped us make decisions on roof materials, gutters, paint, garage door and opener, gate replacement and fence repair. He and the West Construction team made sure all the work was done on time and to our satisfaction. The roof and garage door repair looks great and has been admired by our neighbors. Wonderful to have things back to normal at our house.

I am pleased with the job West Construction Group did on our house and plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

We had our roof replaced by West Construction Group last August. They are professional dealing with our insurance company. JOHN MADDRY is fantastic, so fast in responding and professional, highly recommend!!!

George and His Team at West Construction Group did a great job and made a dreading situation that everyone doesn’t like to deal with very tolerable and simple. When you work with George and the West Construction team expect professionalism and good quality work & material without worrying about negatives of the process since they take care of everything from A-Z. Thank you again for the great work.

George and West Construction have completed 3 projects for us in two different houses. We continue to use George for his honesty, communication, and value. His people are all skilled craftsmen that truly care about their work. I am an architect so I know quality construction. I have no hesitation recommending West Construction.

We a a flood and received a list of recommendations for contractors. We immediately connected with George and hired West Construction. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They were always on time, vey trustworthy (we gave them a key), and extremely detail oriented. The crew he employs clearly has been with him for many years (not day laborers). They finished very close to estimated timeline, any delays were out of their control…I really wanted to remodel Primary bath but husband said no. So we had them clean grout and reseal. I couldn’t be happier with the results! (last picture) This is my first ever Google review, that is how impressed I am with George and West Construction.

George and his team were great and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly every step of the way and helped work with my insurance to make the process easier. I LOVE my new kitchen and will absolutely work with West Construction for future projects, definitely recommend!

After a major hail storm, the employees of West Construction did an excellent job of replacing my roof and they did a thorough job of removing the debris. The team that repainted the trim made some cosmetic repairs I did not expect and there was no extra charge. The appearance of my older home is much improved and I have Mr. West to thank for his attention to detail. I strongly recommend this company to any homeowner who demands quality work at a reasonable price.

Overall experience with George and team was 10/10. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, speed, and quality of the work. George was also very helpful when it came to dealing with our insurance claim and was there for us during the entire process.

We have used West Construction Group for 2 different projects and they are excellent! John Maddrry, our Project Manager, is the best, excellent in his communication, customer service and consistent follow up/follow through. First project was a bathroom remodel after water leak and we couldn't be happier with the results! Second project was roof replacement/other repairs due to hail damage/hail storm. I would definitely recommend West Construction Group and John Maddry for any construction needs and we will use them again should/when the need arises!

I wanted to upgrade my home office with an oversized picture window. I'm glad I chose to go with West Construction Group. George was phenomenal from start to finish. He responded in a timely manner and helped me navigate each phase of the project. He even had an additional crew come over the weekend to paint so I could return to working out of the office on Monday. Andres, Christian, and Marco were very professional and considerate of my home during the project. 10/10!!

We have used West Construction for years. They are trustworthy and do a great job. Every team member does their best work. And they show up!! A huge issue in today's world . If we ever have a question or something is off for us. One phone call is made to George and it is taken care of. Never have to keep calling. They are reliable and competitively priced. We can highly recommend West Construction.

Jeff and his wife are 5 stars! They built Happy Ski School for me. They guided me through the process, were always helpful and supportive, and were always very responsive. NorthStar knows what they are doing, and really helped this small business out. Starting a business can be stressful, lessen your stress with Jeff!
