I needed a chimney cap made for my home that I am selling, needing to close on march 10th and Shawn got the project completed in just a few days. He spent time on the call with me and allowed me to send pics and in my opinion he went above and beyond. This will allow me to close on time. I would also like to add the cost was $55 cheaper than the company right across the street from where I live in Emory, and they were a 6 week lead time with no urgency to help. If ever needed again, I will be using Plano Sheet Metal.

Great experience with this company. I was building a DIY fountain wall and needed a custom size tank. Shawn was patient in understanding my requirements and they were super fast in getting the job done. Very accommodative for any changes too. They will be my go-to company for any sheet metal jobs. I’ll add pictures later.

Had a super unusual request to remove a small dent in an axe that I import and the gent that helped me took it to the back and came back a couple of minutes later and the ding in the ax was almost entirely gone. I asked how much for the repair and he told me it was on the house. What a great guy and business. It was literally only a couple of minutes but I would have been happy to pay something. This is the mark of quality people. Please do business with these folks!

Plano Sheet Metal is our go to place for metal projects. Great service, quick response time and reasonable pricing. We had them create an insert for our old but awesome trash compactor to make the face "look" new. They did a custom insert for the front based on our measurements and matches the finish to our new appliances. Recently they also helped to cut metal stock we had to help us with a home repair. Wonderful customer service. We highly recommend them.

Very satisfied. Although I never had a problem, the builder drain pan under my tankless water heaters were not quite large enough. I made a sketch of a bigger one and Plano Sheet Metal made me one up in 316 stainless steel. Excellent work, they should be working for NASA. Nice people. The item was ready when promised. Don't hesitate to use them.
