I had such a great experience at Calloway’s Nursery in Plano thanks to Alexis! She helped me pick out the perfect indoor plants for my home and was so sweet, knowledgeable, and assertive in the best way. I really appreciated how she took the time to understand what I needed and gave me honest, helpful suggestions. Her energy made the whole process feel fun and easy. This is my first Christmas season since moving to Texas. I was surprised that unlike in Japan, they sell real Christmas trees. There are many vegetable and flower seeds here. There was no other store around here that carried so many seeds. The store was very clean and I felt comfortable shopping. I want to come again 😄

I went to Calloway's for the first time over the weekend and had the best experience! I was searching for a new plant for my office and some pumpkins for my front porch. Alexis greeted me when I walked in and was so helpful! She showed me which plants would work best for my space and also recommended some beautiful fall mums. I love all of my new plants and will definitely be coming back again!

Shout out to the Calloways team on an awesome experience. Went in to buy several large evergreens to spruce up our landscaping. Ren, Harrison, and Alexis helped us out with A++ customer service! We love Calloways!!

I recently bought seeds and seedlings for my edible garden, and HARRISON was tremendously patient and helpful throughout the process. He walked me through choosing root vegetables, greens, and fruits, and gave detailed advice on planting timing and which plants thrive together in the same garden bed. I can’t wait to see everything sprout.

I am so grateful for the knowledgeable and helpful staff here! I needed some plants to fill in heavily shaded beds in my yard and they helped make some excellent recommendations for what would work in my location. All but 1 of the plants I put in last spring are thriving and have grown so much more than I expected for 1st season. I called today and spoke with "Andrew" about a cameilia thatI planted in April, which was doing really well and even bedded out, but then leaves went crisp brown and dropped despite being shaded and well watered. Andrew was VERY kind and informative! He reassured me that the roots were healthy and location appeared to be just what the plant needed, it just didn't survive the stress of August heat and heavy rain. I got a refund so I can replace the plant this fall and also lots of great advice for other gardening tips and winter care for my new plants! I dont have a green thumb. But this team has made me feel capable! Highly recommend!

Alexis Was amazing she helped me find not only the perfect ceramic pot but went out of her way to Create me an account and also fix the previous credit on my account since it wasn’t made last week when I made a purchase. She gave me my birthday discount for signing up. She was super helpful and full of energy! She knows her plants.

Harrison has been super professional! He is very knowledgeable over all plants and helped me to identified the pet friendly ones! He even helped to repot my plant for me! Definitely coming back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Calloway’s Nursery off 121 in Plano. Kayleigh and Alexis were absolutely fantastic—friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond my expectations, taking great care in repotting my two plants, which are now thriving beautifully. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire visit a delight. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service and will definitely be returning!

My wife and I had a great experience at Calloway’s Nursery off 121 in Plano. We went with some vague ideas about a new tree we needed for our front yard. We were greeted warmly by Alexis which was a great start and she introduced us to Harrison.
Harrison helped us narrow down our options with a great eagerness to help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the trees in stock and had some great opinions about our specific situation. He exceeded our expectations throughout our entire interaction.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received and will definitely continue to return to Calloways for our plant and landscaping needs.

We came in looking for some new plants 🌿🌺 and ended up with so much more—not just in our cart 🛒 but in the amazing tips and advice the team shared! They helped us choose the best plants for our space 🌞🏡, explained proper care techniques 🚿🪴, and even shared recommendations for soil and fertilizers 🌱💚. Their enthusiasm for gardening is contagious! 🌻🔥

Beyond the incredible customer service, the nursery itself was beautifully maintained 🌳🌷. Every plant looked healthy, vibrant, and well cared for—a true sign of a team that takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find a place where shopping feels this enjoyable and inspiring! 🎉🌸

I really like their premium potting soil for my plants . It's premixed with the things they need such as earthworm casings, coconut coir and more- taking out the guesswork, labor and extra space compared to buying all the ingredients separately and compared to big box stores, I hadn't had issues with fungus gnats in the soil.

The staff is mostly knowledgeable and helpful as well. ( Disclaimer, only once my plant did pass away on one's feedback but they honored the return).

It's unfortunate I no longer live in the area but recently when I asked questions over the phone before visiting, they were answered amicably and I was able to pick up two very pretty pink poinsenttias the next day.

Awesome! Went here today for the first time. Not going anywhere else in the future. Allison and Ren were amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Excellent variety and quality of flowers, plants, shrubs, and containers. I didn't have time to look into so much more there. Prices were very reasonable, and container/pots/planters were less expensive than I found online and elsewhere. Return policy is excellent. The Calloway's web site doesn't do this location justice. Looking forward to the next trip there.

Stopped in today to pick up a planted floral arrangement for my parents in memory of my Grandmother that passed away yesterday. I know almost nothing about plants, but was amazed by the assistance Harrison provided me to pick out plants in her favorite colors and planted them in the pot in a beautiful arrangement. Highly recommend.
