Marco and Aurora were amazing!!! We absolutely loved our service - super easy and looks fantastic.

I am so pleased with this service! They show up and do an amazing job! The communication is great with any changes or issues. Our cleaners were onsite and noticed our sink was leaking. They told us right away and we were able to fix it before it became a bigger issue! The team is very nice and pet friendly! We have 2 small dogs and the team is always nice to them! Having Sunrise Maids come monthly has been one of our best investments!

I’ve been using them for almost a year now and I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of work the cleaners do. They will learn from any feedback you give them and make sure it’s done right the next time. Highly recommend them!

Dallas Sunrise Maids has been providing cleaning service to our home for over 3 years, at least once a month cleaning. all sessions has been problem free. All their staff are hardworking and pretty well trained and require little to no special instructions. Most of their staff are Spanish speaking, but has never been an issue. Maybe we called the office once for quick instruction to their staff. I highly recommend their services

I love using Dallas Sunrise Maids to keep my house clean! They’ve been doing our cleaning monthly for the last six months, and they’ve done a great job every time.

The company is very communicative, flexible, and professional. They send reminders about your clean a few days in advance which I always appreciate. Ritzy and Marisol do a wonderful job cleaning (even on the months that the house is messier than usual due to the craziness of life!)

A shower handle was accidentally broken during the clean and Ritzy immediately came to me and apologized. The company offered to send someone that day to see if it could be fixed. It needed to be replaced and Dallas Sunrise Maids covered the full cost to replace the shower handle - no questions asked!

I would 10/10 recommend them as cleaners because of the quality of the clean and the professionalism of the company!

I love using Dallas Sunrise Maids! Carmen and Erika do a wonderful job cleaning our apartment and they seem to love and take extra care around our kitties! We always love the way the apartment smells and looks when they leave. It’s like a brand new apartment every time! I also used this service when my house needed a deep cleaning before taking pictures to list it for sale. They made the house look so great! When I moved I knew that I would be using them regularly to clean my apartment. They were highly recommended to me by my realtor and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service! The absolute cleanest my home has ever been!! Wilmer and Rosana are incredible and provided a very thorough 6 hour deep clean of my home. This was my first cleaning appointment with DSM and I’m very impressed with the whole experience. I look forward to working with them to become a recurring customer.

I absolutely love Dallas Sunrise Maids! They’ve been doing our cleaning biweekly for the last year, and they’ve done a phenomenal job every time. The company is very communicative, flexible, and professional. I LOVE that we get the same cleaners every time—they know the house really well and it never feels like strangers are coming into our home. Had my first visit from Luce and Rosa today and they were so great! Very kind and communicative and thorough. We love this company and loved Luce and Rosa.

We hired Dallas Sunrise Maids for a deep clean of our 3,500 sq. ft. home after having painting done. The house wasn’t particularly dirty, most items were boxed up, and there was mainly dust from the painting, so it should have been a simple job.

They sent only two cleaners for a six-hour window (8 a.m.–2 p.m.) to clean four bedrooms and multiple living areas. After three hours, they had only completed the and master bedroom and bathroom, and some of the living room. When we asked about the slow progress, the office claimed it was because they “started downstairs first,” which “takes longer,” and that we were “asking them to do extra work.” Both explanations were untrue and illogical; this was booked as a deep clean, and we only expected what was advertised on their own website.

The cleaners used basic Lysol spray and wipes for almost everything, leaving visible dust behind on furniture, baseboards, vents, etc. that are specifically listed as part of their deep clean service. They also had no proper supplies for wood floors; no mop, Bona cleaner, or appropriate tools. The result was streaky floors and untouched areas that we had to re-clean ourselves afterward.

When we called to discuss our concerns, the office representative was defensive and dismissive, repeatedly suggesting it was our fault for giving “too many directions.” Communication with the cleaners was also difficult since they didn’t speak English, which made it hard to clarify basic tasks. Simple, reasonable requests, like wiping below the counters, were refused.

We were charged $579.148 for a Saturday cleaning that did not meet professional standards. We’ve had other companies clean the same house for half the price with far better results, attention to detail, and accountability.

What’s also concerning is that most of the company’s online reviews are very recent five-star ratings, yet our experience was nowhere near what those reviews describe. It makes it difficult to trust the accuracy of those reviews given the inconsistency in service quality.

Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience. Poor quality cleaning, defensive customer service, and no accountability. We would not recommend Dallas Sunrise Maids, especially for deep cleaning services

Extremely happy with the service from Ritzy and Marisol! I was injured back in the summer in a car crash and couldn’t get my apartment cleaned the way I wanted for my move-out. Cue Dallas Sunrise Maids! They came not on time but a bit early to look around, and even though there was a language barrier (I only read and understand but don’t speak fluent Spanish) they made it work. ❤️

The team finished before the agreed time and they were so excited to show me the results! There are only a couple spots I’d like to go back over with a warm rag (just personal preference), but they saved me from so much back pain. Whether you do or don’t have mobility issues, these are your people for the job. Muchas gracias pa la ayuda! 🫶🏾

The deep clean service completely ignored dusting the largest piece of furniture in the whole house, a display piece in the dining room. I’ve not had this problem in the past and it was 2 days before Thanksgiving so maybe the team was anxious to get home. Anyway, very disappointed this time.

Follow up/update: they immediately called me and offered to come out again and make everything right at their cost. Everything was perfect this time as usual. I commend them for the quick followup and making things right, I’ll continue to use them.
