LOVE Dallas Sunrise Maids! They are so caring and do such a great job!! I feel safe with the team in my home around my kiddos. They are kind and the day they come is my favorite day of the week because I know my house will be pristine, smell good and as clean as can be!!!

I have been using Dallas Sunrise Maids ever since I moved into my new home 2 years ago. The price is in line with what I was paying at my old place, but the DSM service is so much better! I love it that my team is always reliable, always does a great job, and are just straight-up awesome human beings. I've even gotten feedback from my building's administration team about how friendly and polite they are! Consistently having the same team makes all the difference in the world. I always look forward to Fabricio & Roxana's visit, because I know I'm going to come home to a spotless house.

Ritzy y Marisol were awesome. They always do a great job. I love coming home to that fresh clean smell and floors you can…well I wouldn’t eat off of the floor regardless but they are definitely clean.

Sunrise Maids has been a pleasure to work with. Esther and Hilcia have been doing an amazing job on our house on bi-weekly basis for the last two years. Great experience with Dallas Sunrise Maids! I was always able to reach them by phone or email w no problems. They did a great job on the move out service! When I was first looking for a move out cleaning service calling elsewhere, I had a hard time reaching anyone & it took days for a reply back or to reach anyone- also the prices were way more reasonable w Dallas Maids! I will definitely use their service for future jobs! Thank you!!

I’ve used Dallas Sunrise Maids for years at this point and every team has always been amazing! If they ever miss something, there’s no problem getting it fixed and I love having a clean home with clean floors (especially because I have dogs)! Absolutely worth the money to me for saving the time and the effort of mopping / cleaning the bathroom which are the tasks I hate the most! I love Dallas Sunrise Maids and will continue to be a customer as long as I live in DFW!

I used Dallas Sunrise Maids for a move out clean on a property and I was thoroughly impressed. Their communication and customer service was on point. They sent a few reminders, which made me feel better because I wasn’t afraid they wouldn’t show up. When the appointment day arrived the cleaners were exactly on time, had all their own supplies and equipment, and did a fantastic job! I wish I had written their names down. When the job was completed, they asked me to walk through and make sure everything was satisfactory. They had missed a couple of small spots, that weren’t a big deal, but they cheerfully touched them up. The only negative was they didn’t accept cards (or even Zelle or some other form of e-payment) so I had to run to the ATM for cash. I believe they also take checks but I haven’t written a check in 10 years and wouldn’t know where one is. Looking back to the confirmation that info was communicated in advance though and I just didn’t see it. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

They also found a missing diamond earring and I found that they had left it on the counter!

We love Dallas Sunrise Maids -- after our maid service before continued to disappoint we made the switch and they were so amazing. We have the same two people come each week (Kevin and Dalcy) -- they are both amazing and so detailed. They do so many little things to make our home feel extra clean and welcoming.

When I had a baby and was in the hospital they also did extra cleans within the house to make it SPOTLESS when we came home with baby. So sweet!

They are so polite, they did great with my 2 pit mixes, and their attention to detail is absolutely amazing! I am beyond impressed with every room & every surface in my house! We love Dallas Sunrise Maids! We’ve had a few teams come clean and they’ve all been great but we absolutely love having Anna and Gabriella. They are so efficient and fast, and still thorough and pay attention to the little details. They are also very nice and always helpful. I have been recommending DSM to my friends and neighbors since we started using them last year.
