My only regret is that I didn’t use HPH sooner. I’ve been a customer for the last 9ish months and have done monthly cleaning. The ladies are always so professional and quick! They leave not spot untouched. I just moved out of Texas and because of the timing of movers and the end of my lease it was quite difficult to schedule a cleaning. Hailey helped schedule me around the movers and the staff worked around the mess of the movers. They ended up going over some places multiple times to ensure the place was move out ready!! I could not recommend them more!

I just want to leave a raving review for Alanna and Maria, Team LB. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house. It has been 6 days and everything is still spotless! Thank you ladies!

I have been using HPH teams out of the Highland Park office for almost a year now and have a steady team with Team J, Stefany & Coral. They are professional, thorough & responsive to spontaneous requests. So happy to have a standing appointment with them to refresh my house.

First time experience with HPH and the quality of work was exceptional. I came to them after having inconsistencies with other contractors and they exceeded expectations. Maricela did a great job and I hope to work with her in the future:)

It was extremely important to find a cleaning service that not only cleaned thoroughly, but also with intention; we received just that with HP Housekeeping! I love how punctual and professional they are.. Team FB (Frisco) & Team PA (Plano) serviced our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. it has been months since we’ve been able to find cleaners who pay attention to detail, which ultimately led to months of not deep cleaning the entire home—can you imagine the dust build up on vents, fans, baseboards, etc? 😫🤦🏾‍♀️ Well, HP Housekeeping made sure to hit every nook and cranny around the entire home, leaving the home feeling brand new & smelling amazing! They were able to use my products of choice, although they do bring their own. They’ve exceeded beyond our expectations and we will definitely keep them on rotation for bi weekly!

Team LC was wonderful this morning! I had a bit of a chaotic start & wasn’t totally ready for them when they got here but they got started right away & were very accommodating as I ran around my home before heading to work. When I returned home it was spotless! I will definitely request team LC the next time I use HP Housekeeping!

Started my reoccurring house cleaning service today with Vella. I'm so thankful for Vanessa and her coworker coming out today as it was a great start to the new year in knowing that I will get great reoccurring house cleaning services.

Eunice and Nancy took great care of us during our first big clean at our new house. We had furniture delivery going on at the same time and they were more than accommodating! We can’t have to have them back & love HPH.

WOW!!!! Highland Park housekeeping came in and cleaned my apt today and all I can say is WOW! Maura and Sandra did a phenomenal job and I swear it’s cleaner than when I first moved in!!! I’m talking they even put my clothes away for me they even cleaned my air fryer!!! I seriously am so excited to continue working with them! HP days are going to be my new Favorite days!!!

We recently switched over to Highland Park housekeeping, and we are so glad we did. Team PHD did an excellent job of cleaning the house. The house has never been cleaner. They even vacuumed the dog beds! Daniela and Karla were extremely hardworking. We look forward to working with them again

Olga and Maria from Team V were superb! We booked a last minute one-time clean the night before, and I was impressed they had availability on such short notice. Olga and Maria worked so hard to clean our home, moving furniture and making everything spotless. They did a noticeably better job than other cleaning services we’ve used in the past, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. We’d love to have them back to clean again!

Black Dust Apocalypse—Defeated by Cleaning Superheroes!

After a nightmare experience with an HVAC company that left black dust covering every inch of my upstairs—including my fan blades, furniture, craft tools, and baseboards—I was completely overwhelmed. I had no idea where to begin cleaning, so I turned to Google and found Vella.

From my first call, Anna was kind, empathetic, and incredibly helpful. She listened patiently and quickly scheduled a deep clean.

I’m usually very hesitant about having strangers in my home, but wow—just WOW! Maria and Estefony arrived on time, fully prepared, and completely exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely OCD—like, y’all just don’t understand, lol—so I usually expect to be disappointed. But they went above and beyond in every possible way. They cleaned better than I do—and trust me, that’s saying a lot! Seriously, they tackled tiny places most people would never think to clean (except someone neurotic like me), and they did it beautifully.

They were thorough, focused, and detail-oriented. Every trace of black dust was gone. My space sparkled and smelled fresh. They even removed old red hair dye stains from my shower that I had long given up on—and I didn’t even ask them to try! Small details, like the perfect vacuum lines on my velvet office chair, left the biggest smile on my face. And next time, I’ll be sure to take before and after photos.

Beyond their skill, they were kind, respectful, and professional. I felt completely at ease having them in my space. I’ll absolutely be requesting them again. I was truly blown away—in the best possible way!!!

I had Vella come out today for a cleaning and when I got home I couldn’t believe how spotless my house looked. Vanessa and Maria (team PB). They did absolutely wonderful. My shower door is so clear, haven’t seen that in a while. My living room is perfect. I love being able to come home and relax to a clean home after a long day. I will be a recurring customer as long as I can get this wonderful team.

Today we had Team T, Destiny and Adriana, for a make-up cleaning. They are not my regular team, but they did a wonderful job! In fact, they cleaned my front porch and the exterior windows by the door, without even being asked, because they could see it needed to be done. Now it doesn’t look like Halloween before Halloween! Thanks Team T!!!

My team was absolutely amazing!!! Gabby & Anna went way beyond my expectations for a deep clean! Definitely calling on them again. Absolutely wonderful!

First time booking, and I was a little nervous that I might be outside their serviced areas. Fortunately, they serviced my part of Carrollton so I was able to book my appointment for the next available time (luckily, the next day!)

I was assigned Team PB (Daniela and Amelia) who did a fantastic job. They were very professional, on time and fast! They were detail-oriented and somehow got rid of tough stains I'd been fighting for weeks! Team PB was AMAZING, and I'm surprised at the quality of their cleaning with only having 2 hours! It’s like I’m in a brand-new apartment so I’ll definitely book with them again! Thank you!

Also, they put vacuum triangles in the couch! Just amazing work!

Scheduled a one time deep clean (note this term) for my 2200 Sq. foot 3 story townhome on 7/26/23 from 8am to 12pm with a 2 person crew.

The team showed up late as I was waiting to let them in. Upon arrival I offered them water and showed them the home while also putting my English Bulldog away so they could clean. At around 11am I received a call stating they needed another hour to hour & a half to finish (charging me more money of course) because my home was SO dirty. How insulting!! That's how they talk to brand new customers. Even if it was true, which I assure it's not, that should be expressed by a service professionals to their client. Mind you, this was scheduled as a deep clean from the beginning so that should have been factored in regardless. My house had dog hair (light to moderate) and dust (light to moderate) along with bathrooms that required a more thorough clean per what I requested. They were informed of the homes specs and size up front and scheduled 8 hours of total cleaning time (4 hours x 2 people) to complete the job.
During our discussion when they called to inform me, Ivan, was quite rude and confrontational with me and could never answer my simple question of, "what have they been doing for 3 hours already?". I asked for a breakdown of what exactly was taking SO long. I never got that question answered only the history of their company, how many homes they clean, what they've done in the past and reassurance that this is not a SCAM which I never insinuated or even used that word. Guess he felt the need to defend themselves as opposed to answering a simple question.

I did pay them the 'extra' money and asked when I could go see this, what better be, spotless home. I was advised to go at 1pm at which time they had not even started the 1st floor area. So, 5 hours for 2 floors?? They finished just after 2pm (got that 1st floor done in an hour!).

I honestly have never been so disrespected and offended by a business who was trying to earn a potential repetitive client.

I'll note that we are a 3 person household (myself, my wife (who is hispanic and very clean) and my 22 year old son) along with our English Bulldog. We all work outside the house and we are all very neat, organized and clean. I requested this cleaning because my wife has been in Arizona for a month and a half with her sister who has brain cancer. I wanted to have the home nice and clean when she gets back on Friday because I know I don't clean it 'the way' she does and I wanted her to come home and just relax. That said, in a month and a half, with me still lightly cleaning, there isn't a chance in hell that my home was 'SO' dirty that 2 people couldn't complete it in 4 hours. It is insulting to insinuate anything else than they are slow and poor at their pacing or that they underestimated the time that would be required for this size home (which isn't the case). I had a single person that used to clean our home in the past who did laundry, dishes and linen on top of cleaning which only took 3 - 4 hours. My wife can clean the entire home in 5 hours herself.

After inspecting the home upon their completion (I am an ex military NCO who's done plenty of inspections) I can say they did an adequate job for a general cleaning but for a deep clean it was a pretty poor result. I've had lots of maid service in the past with my home and with rental properties I own and their work today was nothing spectacular compared to previous work, especially considering it took them 12 hours (6 hours x 2 people) for a medium size home at best. It was ok but not a deep clean and not for the time & the price.

I've tried to remove emotion and provide a fair review but it's hard when you've been treated this way and in my situation.
I'm sure they will reply with a completely different story to defend themselves but what I've written is accurate. I'm sure they will also continue to insult me via this platform as well.
All I can say is bring it on.....lol

This cleaning service has been one of the best I've ever had! I've had cleaning services in every state I've lived in from California, Colorado, and Florida but this company has wowed me. I got a deep clean service with them when I moved into my apartment in February and I was so taken away with how they left my apartment gleaming that I immediately wanted to get on a reoccurring schedule. Unfortunately, they had gotten so busy I had to wait two months just to get a consultation so that I could get on their schedule. I had to go with another cleaning service while I waited which couldn't come close to the level of quality that Dallas Sunrise Maids provides. I'm officially on their monthly reoccurring schedule and it was worth the wait!! Thank you for always leaving my floors sparkling :)
