The ladies did an awesome job! They were prompt and immediately begin cleaning upon arrival. They did everything from the ceiling fans to the windows to the baseboards...and everything in between. I would definitely book with them again, 10/10 service !!

Jason and Sandra do a great job of communicating the appointments and details and pricing that it makes it easy for me to communicate with my clients. Lendy and Karen have been cleaning our home every other week for a few months now and each time they do a fabulous job. They constantly pay so much attention to detail and use products that make the whole house smell amazing. Each time they come I am always impressed by how hard they work. They are timely and efficient and I always recommend them! Dallas Sunrise Maids does a great job with making booking easy and they have been understanding with some last minute changes I have had to do. I also believe that their pricing is very fair. We also have 4 animals and they do a great job cleaning up their hair!

Which means their work not only impressed me — it saved me money.
From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. When I arrived to let the team into my apartment, the crew was already there waiting and ready to get started. They were respectful, efficient, polite, and incredibly hard‑working throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my home during such an important transition.
They even sent a quality‑control person near the end of the job to ensure everything was going as planned, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and standards.

When you can’t find the plants at Walmart or Lowe’s, be assured that Calloways Nursery will have that perfect plant in the color or structure you desire. The day before Mother’s Day was waiting a little late for choice, they still had what we wanted. Some flower plants were not individually marked, it would have been helpful to have a sign denoting the price. I’m already home and plants in the pots. Enjoy the color for this weekend!

No one ever spoke to me until I checked out. Not a big fan of that in an actual full priced nursery. Prices weren't available on all the plants or near by area. Felt a bit disappointed honestly & really wished for more. I'll try a different store next time. Plants are in good shape, good strong roots and all are officially planted.

Beautiful plants. But not alot of indoor plants. Ok, went by today3/14/20 and they had really cute little! Plants and pots for them! Soooo cute!!!💗💗💗👍👍👍OMG

While Calloway's is no "budget nursery", they provide a level of service and loyalty to their customers that you would be challenged to find elsewhere. Additionally, the products they stock, from plants to pots to plant care products, are of great quality. The staff here is very knowledgeable, and always happy to help you get what you're looking for or figure out what you might like. I have even seen staff showing customers how to pot their plants and doing it for them when they've finished with their shopping.
Whether you're a green thumb or someone that struggles to grow weeds, Calloway's has someone to help you and something you'll probably really love.
(Also, I'd recommend joining their garden club so you know when they are having sales- they have some GREAT deals!)

Brandon helped us so much in getting our first plant and I don't know what we would've done without him. All the workers were also so welcoming and I would definitely come back here again!

I love all the wonderful choices here but it’s so hard to really find anyone there that is knowledgeable on what is available and on the products they have! That’s frustrating when I have a question on plants or gardening products! Hopefully some necessary training for cashiers would help as well as more availability of those workers there. I ended up going to Lowe’s to get the help I needed.

I want to give a shout out to David L. at the 121 location! He has been extremely helpful with my gardening needs and ALL my questions at various visits. 😜 His attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. I find myself always searching for him when I visit the garden center since he’s so attentive to customer needs. ♥️

My mom and I decided to redo the backyard and wanted to have Calloway's come out give us a design and quote because we know they do great work and the plants are guaranteed. This interaction started off rocky to say the least. My mom gave them a firm budget and the first person we saw sent her images that she fell in love with and then the quote...that was double the budget. My mom was honestly crushed. They said they would send out someone else, that person called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say she couldn't come out because it was raining and she wasn't allowed to. It wasn't raining and she lied. At this point we were over it. She called Anthony, his ability to listen and understand the frustration got my mom to agree to let one more person come out. If it didn't work out we were going to request a refund...
Anthony sent us Emily P. She's unbelievably professional and kind. She came out on time and listened patiently as my mom aired her grievances. She walked the yard, took new pictures and said she'd come back with another person to take measurements and get us the most accurate quote possible while also lowering it. She has followed through thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner on every communication. Today she showed us the new concept. Due to the work we want done it was still slightly over budget but she took the time to explain the itemized breakdown and options to help lower it. I know this is a lengthy review but I think when someone does their job really well they deserve recognition and she has done an amazing job so far. She saved the day and my mom and I went from extremely frustrated to excited to be working with Calloway's again. Thank you Emily and Anthony!

I just recently moved here from Florida. Needless to say gardening is a bit different in Texas but the employees at this nursery really helped me get a good idea of what plants will do well here. Compared to what I have seen at other nurseries around their stock is also very well taken care of for the heat. My compliments to whoever cares for the plants!! The prices were slightly higher than you would find at say Home Depot or Lowe’s but the quality and variety is incomparable.
