Plano Landscape Company had a job in Frisco that I stopped by and grabbed biz card from Chanc. He quickly scheduled an appointment to visit my residence and soon after provided an estimate. Love this company and the crew. They added a stone walkway around our greenhouse so that my handicap husband could have access to the yard and greenhouse. It connected beautifully into an existing ramp and bridge. They also had to repair drainage so that the area would drain water properly, and adjust sprinklers. All work was achieved perfectly. I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs!

We used Plano Landscaping Company to install sod in our front and backyard as well as install a pathway and some rock areas. Chance does a great job. He is knowledgeable and the work is thorough. He walked me through the project and came up with a great plan. Our yard now looks amazing!

Chanc and Isreal were great did exactly what we asked, were very quick and cleaned up as well the instal and removal of Christmas Lights were done within a reasonable time! I switched to Plano Landscaping Company just over a year ago for all my lawn maintenance work, and I am delighted with their services. My yard has never looked better. The team is very professional, easy to work with, and the quality of work is outstanding. It is great to work with a company that offers so many options for all your outdoor needs.

We enjoyed working with Chanc and the Plano Landscaping team. Very responsive with lots of good ideas during the design phase, then good execution of the work, a major redesign of our front yard including the replacement of concrete paths and driveway with pavers. They dealt well with minor changes and problems as the work progressed, then with one bigger problem when they accidentally cut the fiber optic cable leading to the house. Probably not the cheapest out there, but worth the money for such a professional service.

We had a wonderful experience with Chanc at Plano Landscaping Company. We had an area that required some creative design and plant knowledge to complete our corner lot. Chanc provide a couple design options and pricing that worked within our budget. The install went very smoothly and we were very happy with the results.

I had an amazing experience with Plano Landscaping. Chanc, the owner, met with me several times to review the design and proposal. He really listened to my ideas, offered great suggestions for plants and wall design, and was flexible throughout the process.

His crew was fantastic—always on time, professional, and they cleaned up every day like clockwork. You’d never know major work was being done! The finished result looks beautiful and completely transformed my yard.

The crew from Plano Landscape just finished our front beds and I am thrilled with the result and with the process of design and installation. My views were heard and honored. Initially, the type of flower I wanted was not available from the nurseries, but they persevered and were able to plant my desires. Plano Landscaping designed and completed a beautiful yard for me. Chanc’s team completed the project on time. I was able to choose quality products and stone colors/types and he made my vision come to life.

Before choosing a landscape company, make sure they use a CAD program and that the designer actually listens to what you want—not what they want to do.

Before Plano Landscape, we spent over $2,000 with two well-known DFW landscape/nursery companies. One used CAD, the other pencil drawings. Both designs were poorly conceived, didn’t reflect our ideas, and the “design” label was generous at best. In both cases, you paid hefty fees up front—like it or not.

Working with Chanc at Plano Landscape was completely different. We spent several sessions working through ideas, going back and forth, and refining CAD images until we could clearly see—and agree on—what the final product would look like. No guessing. No interpreting vague sketches.

That’s the real value here. In the past, homeowners had to trust words and drawings to imagine a finished yard, and whether that vision matched reality was often a crapshoot. With CAD, you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is dug up.

Once the plan was finalized, execution was straightforward. The crew followed the plan, we made a couple of minor plant tweaks, had one return visit to move a boulder, and the job was completed in three days.

We’ll be using Chanc and his team again to redo our backyard this summer. Plano Landscape did a good job for us, and I’m confident they’ll do the same for others.
