They used high-quality firebrick and refractory mortar, and paid close attention to every detail — from the oven to the chimney.

The final result not only looks beautiful in our backyard but performs perfectly.
It heats evenly, retains heat for more than a day!
It cooks from pizza/bread to any Azerbaijani pastry
It’s clear that they truly understand how to build a functional and long lasting wood-fired oven which you can easily see from the picture which was attached.
