Hi,  I wanted to say thanks for sending AndyOnCall my way.  They listened to what I needed done, gave me an estimate and did the work. I will ask for AndyOnCall next time I need work done.

I am very pleased with David and his professionalism, and how fantastic a craftsman and handyman he is. We want him to always be the one who helps us. We're sure we'll be calling again very soon.

Andy OnCall is really nice, did a great job. I will be having more of these to do soon, so I will give them a call to schedule the work and have Andy OnCall back out.

They come out quickly and give free estimates. I've had some work performed by them two separate times and both times the contractor did a great job.

Andy On Call did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for better people to come out and do the work. I've been giving out your number to everyone I know!

I just love Kevin at Andy On Call in Plano! Everything looks beautiful. I have told some of my family members abt these guys, they should be calling. I am already making a handyman list for the next time when I have Kevin out here.

Set up an appointment a week in advance for 9:00am. Waited patiently until 10:15 to call and inquire, and was told they did not see me on the schedule. After further conversation, I was told that they did, in fact, have me scheduled , but could not make it. I tried to reschedule for two days later, and they would not accommodate my request. No explanation, no apologies, no big deal that I wasted my time waiting on someone to show up that never called. Don’t waste YOUR time too.

The guy that came to work on the job is not to be trusted. On top of that for the price I paid of $1,184.00 how come there’s no warranty. It says on your ads that all works has 1 yr warranty. I can discuss with the owner my experience with that guy Jonathan. Not fair to scam a senior.

We spent 4200 dollars with them. Regret it. Some of the work was very good some was mediocre. We bent over backwards to help out and be flexible as we felt sorry for the guy doing the work.
The kindness was not repaid.
Sorry I ever heard of Andy On Call.

Richard’s team was awesome! They came and fixed so many things. I highly recommend them!! He laid flooring and remade some window sills.

I've used Andy On Call 2 or 3 times and they were great every time. There was one instance in which they had to fix a door, it took them a lot longer than they had quoted for and still they charged me the $ 90 that they had estimated. I even felt guilty for paying so little. They are definitely my go-to people for any handyman work needed.

We hired them to replace two pieces of trim in a bathroom and to paint both of our bathrooms. Both rooms were not that big and they were here for a little over an hour. They obviously weren't watching what they were doing because they missed several spots in both rooms. I reluctantly called the painter to come back out and finish the job right. I even had stickers on all of the areas that they missed, which were like 25-30 spots.
The one place that I didn't look was under one of the areas between the cabinets in the bathroom and sure enough they didn't even paint that area. I was told that these guys were professional painters. They were anything but that and I would NEVER hire anyone from this place again!

We got David and did a very poor job on repairing our laundry door, fought with us on fixing what he did wrong and yelled at my husband! My husband was so patient and friendly with him and did not deserve to be spoken to that way and David was extremely unprofessional the way he handled the whole thing! It was like the idea of customer service was completely out the window. Spoke with the owner and barely got an apology. Left us with a terrible patch job since he did not use the tools we were promised when we made the appointment so my husband still has to work on it. I am still considering calling the Better Business Bureau.

Poor service. I have used their service 4 times, and will never use them again. I will start off by indicating that I had one of their handymen come out and hang a new ladder assembly upstairs to access the attic. That individual and that job was performed to my satisfaction and the ladder still works. With Andy On-call, you don't know if you are going to get a 'handy man' that knows what he is doing, or someone out to take your money. A one year warranty isn't enough time to evaluate all their work (hanging cabinets) . Should have known better than to use them, when I asked them (along with other work I was having them do) to hang 2-multi-function 'rubber maid 'Fast Track'' tool supports in the garage (holds multiple hangers for electric cords, bikes, tools, or toys). I wanted them near the door to access the house from the garage. The A/C refrigerant lines run into the house on the other side of the wall (compressor located outside the garage on other side) and I didn't want to damage these new lines, so I decided I would have them "a professional' do it. the came shrink wrapped with the screws and wall anchors. He removes the shrink wrap, then makes an attempt at finding the studs behind the gypsum board (uses a hammer to tap the wall and listen for a more solid contact), then takes his hammer and Nails the "Screws" into the gyp board. :(

My kitchen cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and I wanted that addressed. After I emptied all the cabinets, "Andy On Call" removed all sections of the cabinet, and carried them outside to the front yard. I thought the work was going to be good, as I hadn't considered it would require them to be completely removed. Then he reinforces some of the corners, , and rehangs them. 2 years later, they started pulling away from the wall again.. Andy On-call only has a 1 year warranty.
This same repair man was supposed to patch a hole near my roof (2 story house) above the gutters, to keep the squirrels from accessing the attic. I was not satisfied with him placing sections of siding over the holes, which he used nails to affix into 1/2 plywood. He guaranteed it would keep them out. When I had to call him back out 6 months later, because the squirrels were getting back into my attic, he responded "they just moved the siding over and got in". He made another attempt, but 1 month later after that failed, I rented a ladder from Lowe's, and removed the previous patch, and made my own from 2 sections of metal flashing, which I used 'Liquid Nail' and screws to attach to the wall. 2 years later, and so far so good, but squirrels are persistent.

Looking for an organization that will stand behind their employees (contractors) work with more than a short term warranty.

I want to thank Andy OnCall for the great job they did today!  Andy OnCall performed the work at a professional level and was very friendly and courteous throughout the project. I really appreciate that they moved our appointment ahead of schedule when they had a cancellation. Everything was completed exactly in the estimate and Andy OnCall did a fantastic job.  I will definitely use your company again for any future home improvement projects.
