Our lawn looks the best in our brand new neighborhood. We're ecstatic about the results we're seeing from the brief service that we have received from y'all. We do have some brown spots along our fence line inside the backyard as well as a small line next to fence on the garage side. I'm hoping we can find a solution for those areas. Also, our backyard tree is leaning to the left. Let tree stakes are lose that's causing the tree to lean. Also, the tree doesn't look to be as health as most of our neighbors backyard trees. What can we do to resolve that issue? Do y'all realign stakes in the ground to keep our young tree growing straight? Is there any fertilizer or nutrients we can feed the tree so is flourishes like my neighbors tree? We waqnt our plants, trees, flowers, and lawn to be the best looking in the neighborhood. Let me know if y'all don't provide any opf the services that I listed in this review. Y'all are awesome. I have nothing negative to say.

This was my first treatment of the season this year and was needed. They did an excellent job covering my entire property. I used TruGreen last year as well and the treatments were very effective. I used a different company the year before and their treatments never lasted and were not effective. They did not spend the time covering all areas like TruGreen does. I don’t hardly ever leave reviews but this is money well spent if you have mosquitoes. My technician is vey professional and thorough, could not have done a better job. 5+ out of 5 stars!

Travis provided phenomenal services as usual. He is very thorough, efficient, and effective at ALL times.

Brandon always does an amazing job on our lawn. Every time he services our lawn, we see results the next day. We appreciate the work he does. And he is super friendly.

From the beginning speaking with representative to set up service was very pleasant and easy. Jordan came out to my property and was very courteous and professional! Haven't had anybody service our yard in a couple of years, so I'm looking for an improvement in my lawn. I would recommend the local branch based out of Plano for my services anytime!

TruGreen Mosquito treatments: we had a concern and TruGreen got right on it! Troy, our acct mgr and Anthony, SR Service tech addressed the issue and we could not be more pleased!!! Very thorough and friendly ! Hats off to great customer service!!

The grass looks more dense than before. But the weeds that I was struggling to kill that kept coming from the neighbors lawn can’t be killed without roundup so the plan was to try and stimulate growth to smother them out but the blue stem grass or whatever it is is just too aggressive and the service is expensive for us so we have to quit.

Today's visit was the best mosquito treatment I've ever had. Travis did a great job thoroughly spraying my property.

Robert came and thoroughly fertilized n granulated all sides of my lawn and sprayed for weed control . Robert was professional and respectful to talk to. As a result of Robert's physical hard work I am now waiting on a lush green weed free lawn this Summer.

Not being home while application was performed, I knew job was thoroughly done! Both lawn’s flagged, fertilizer seen throughout my yard and not a lot on my driveway or patio. No doubts that I received what I paid for! Thanks KENJI.

Anthony D. provides excellent customer service. He truly cares about providing the service that he would want to receive. Because of his experience and knowledge of mosquito control along with his caring about doing the best he can do, the mosquito population around my house is at least 99% reduced. Stephen was fine and did what he could. This was my third call into your help line. We have been customers for years and are ready to cancel services. Paid to have our lawn Aerated and seeded last fall and now can not get service to come back out. Our lawn looks the worse it has in 4 years after spending that money, I was told would make it look even better than the season before. Have now called in 3 times asking for service and stating we are not happy. Keep getting told service will be out and nothing. If not serviced by this Friday, August 15th or a call from management explaining what is happening we are cancelling services.

As always, Kendric was very professional and courteous. He explained the chemicals used in today’s application. Very pleased with the TruGreen results.

TruGreen used to be reliable, but not anymore. On Feb 25, I was quoted and charged for the full season at a discounted rate, replacing a more expensive monthly plan. The rep confirmed everything was handled correctly.

About a month later, I noticed weeds in my lawn and called to complain—only to find out my account had been canceled, with no explanation or record of who canceled it. The rep mentioned a refund, and only then did I check and realize they had partially refunded me. But the bigger issue? They refused to honor the original quote and said I’d have to be treated as a new customer. The new quote was nearly 3x what I had originally paid.

I spoke with several reps—none took accountability. One even told me to go shop elsewhere if I didn’t like it, because “they have enough customers now.” That kind of arrogance says everything. TruGreen made the mistake, and instead of owning it, they passed the burden onto the customer. Shameful behavior.

I was glad to set up my initial treatment online. The tech arrived when I was told, and he rang the doorbell. We had a nice chat and he answered my questions. I’m pleased with the customer service so far.

I just want to mention that I have been with TruGreen for many years and there is a reason why. They perform great work and all representatives I deal with are very respectful and responsive. They always ask if there are any issues or concerns you have with the lawn before they start work and they will tell you what type of treatment they will be performing and what type of results you should see, together with the time frame. They always keep customer service and performance as their top priorities. I am very pleased with the quality of their service.

The 1st year that I signed up with TruGreen was wonderful. Lawn was green and no weeds at all. They took good care of my lawn. But since that 1st year, my lawn has look subpar and not looking its best.

Our TruGreen lawn guy was Colin who came to just apply a fertilizer. Even though I had not called TruGreen ahead of time about a concern of weeds popping up in one particular area, and even though Colin had just come to apply fertilizer, he listened to my concern, took care of the weeds after he applied the fertilizer, gave us some good advice on water during the week, and did not leave until all our concerns were addressed. Tech arrived within the allotted time window and went right to work! He listened to my areas of concern regarding the core aeration service and performed the work exactly as we wanted! Very happy!

Warning: Do Not Use This Company

My husband and I hired TruGreen because we had a few brown spots on our lawn and hoped they could help restore our grass. Instead of improving it, they completely destroyed our yard. Our entire front lawn, which had been mostly green, is now dead and brown because of their treatments.

Their customer service is equally terrible. They make big promises about turning your lawn green, but when they fail to deliver, they refuse to take responsibility. They would not provide a refund, so we disputed the payment through our credit card. In response, they went as far as filing for debt collection against us. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This company has no integrity. They take your money, damage your property, and then try to hold you financially liable for their mistakes. They do not stand by their word, and they do not honor their commitments.

TruGreen is not just incompetent—they are dishonest and unethical. I strongly urge anyone considering them to run the other way. Do not waste your money, and do not risk your lawn with a company that refuses accountability.
