Their pricing is very competitive with general landscapers, but with the added expertise of being tree specialists. Highly recommend!

I think Joshua Tree did a great job pruning my trees. They were all very nice and spoke lovely English so that we could communicate. I especially liked that they all seemed to really care about doing a good job. They gave great advice, knew what they were doing, left my trees all with great new cuts, and cleaned up after the job. What more could a person want.

Wow. The owner, Scott, did a great job explaining what we needed to protect the health of our trees. Just had our trees done and they have never looked better! Benjamin, Richard, and Logan were not only on time but even a little early. They did an outstanding job with the trees and clean up. Highly-recommend and will absolutely be using again!

Tree experts that were worth every penny. They trimmed my trees and shrubs and explained everything along the way and were very meticulous about cleanup. The owner showed up on site to make sure everything was on track and I was happy. Great service from beginning to end.

I recently used Joshua Tree Service for the first time to trim a large oak tree. I was most impressed with the high quality of service received, as well as the results on my tree. I had used other tree service companies in the past trying to bring proper shape and definition to the tree, but had never been satisfied. Before I signed for the work with Joshua, their representative showed me with a laser pointer, explicitly and in great detail,
which large limbs and branches would need to be eliminated and which other main branches would need to be encouraged to become dominant, and told me how this would be accomplished. He was an extremely knowledgeable arborist, and the end result, after they did the work, was outstanding and markedly different from the results I had received in past years. Joshua Tree Service has my highest recommendation!

Strongly recommend Scott and his team for any of your tree care needs! I have a yard full of large trees that needs attention, and Scott gave me a comprehensive plan to care for them. The day of the trim Benjamin and Richard were my arborists and they were awesome to work with; professional, friendly, with great communication. They cleaned up completely and left all my trees looking great! I even got compliments from neighbors on the politeness of the team.

Scott came out and gave me a very thorough review of our trees and a game plan. He was very friendly and professional and spent a lot of time educating me on our trees, etc…the crew that came out to trim the trees were equally as impressive, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! The trees looked great when they were done. I plan on using them going forward for our tree care.

I contacted Joshua Tree Experts for a quote to straighten some 5 year old trees in the backyard. I received a timely response and an appointment was scheduled with Scott for a few days later.

After the initial visit by Scott a date was set to straighten the trees. Benjamin and Richard arrived on the day as scheduled and began to straighten the trees. They were very professional, courteous and willing to take an extra step to ensure they did not hit an irrigation line with the tree stakes.

They actually straightened more trees than I had received a quote for, Scott did not charge for the extra tree straightening.

I am very pleased with Joshua Tree Experts from initial contact until the final completion. I have no hesitancy recommending Joshua Tree Experts.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job taking care of our trees this past week! Scott was very knowledgeable on what is best for our tree to grow and be healthy, as well as how to trim it so that it can sustain storms. His team was managed by Benjamin who is also extremely knowledgeable and an arborist. They worked quickly, and cleaned up all branches and leaves when they were done. Our yard was truly enhanced by their skill and efforts, and our trees look the best they have ever! I would highly recommend Scott and his team! They are worth it!

TruGreen always does a phenomenal job. Have used them for years. Just recently moved back to Texas and receiving the same great service I received in Georgia. Today Nathaniel did a great job and is so nice. Other technicians caring for the lawn always do great as well. Super happy with this company. If you have an issue, just discuss with them. They will take care of it.

I have never had such a thick lush lawn. Greenest lawn on the block. I was going to do new sod but all my grass is now back. The lawn is beautiful

They do a really great job of understanding your concerns and helping you with your lawn care needs. Only piece of “negative” feedback, is that I wish they offered lawn mowing and tree trimming services, as that would just make it even easier to have them as your one-stop-shop!

We used TG at our house in Galveston for several years with fantastic results. When we sold that house we decided to use them at our main home. We had them fertilize our yard. The pic shows the results. We sent them the pics and they said they sent a man to remedy the problem. We have video of him arriving at out house at 8:16 AM and leaving at 8:22. The man said he sprayed both back and front laws yet we know they didn't. The man returned several days later and tried to tell me he did spray our yard. He lied. When I tried calling his boss I received no reply for almost a week. Poor customer service. Poor execution Poor company.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! We had tree trimming and removal done the crew went above and beyond to beautify our yard. They were professional, tidy, responsive and all for a great price!

Trugreen is very consistent and helpful on keeping my lawn as healthy as possible. Sometimes they treat my lawn when I’m not there and give me a complete detail of what they saw in a note in the yard as well as a link to review their analysis. I am glad I have their help in keeping my yard & shrubs Healthy. If I happen to be home when they arrive, they are more than congenial and helpful and letting me know the condition or any extra attention I should give to my property.

I honestly was leary about getting a lawn service like TruGreen, but Christopher Wines made me a believer. He didn't communicate to me like a scripted robot and made me feel at ease by tempering my expectations and being available for any concerns that I have. A true testament that good products are crucial to a business, but great customer service and communication is paramount from standing out from the competition.

Always inform me what they are doing before they come. Professional and my lawn looks great. 👍

First lawn service complete. Customer service was very helpful as well as our technician Derrick. He left good instructions on watering the treatment into the soil as well as mowing instructions. Everyone was very courteous and helpful which is all I can comment on right now. Told it should take about 3 weeks and I will see weeds wilting. Can’t say much about the treatment, Iam hoping for some great results but don’t expect to see a difference in the same day. Will comment again after following treatments.
