WOW!! AWESOME!! That’s what I have to say about Superb Maids Dallas who I used for a post construction deep clean. We had drywall repair and popcorn ceiling removal from a company called MJ Workforce Solutions (who I love) and when they finished the owner of the company recommended Superb Maids Dallas for my clean up. I got a call from Karla and we set up a time for her and her team to come out. They were extremely responsive, professional and cleaned much more than just the construction mess. I couldn’t believe it when I came back to my house and saw how immaculate it looked! They did such an incredible job, paying attention to every little nook and crevice. I am continuing with more construction on my home and I will definitely be calling them out again when I’m totally finished. I highly, highly recommend hiring them!

I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience with Superb Maid Services. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the cleaning personnel arrived and stayed for only five minutes before informing me that they were unable to clean due to the need to pick up their children. Upon contacting their customer service, I was further informed that the premises were excessively dirty and that they lacked the necessary cleaning supplies to complete the task.

I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall service provided by Superb Maid Services. Their communication skills were lacking, and it appeared that they were expecting a fully cleaned space in order to facilitate their cleaning process. This resulted in a significant waste of my time, as I had set aside the entire day in anticipation of their arrival.

In light of this experience, I strongly recommend considering alternative housekeeping services to ensure a more professional and reliable cleaning experience.
