Love Cottage Care! They come on time, clean quickly and effectively! Easy to get a hold of for a reschedule if needed, and everyone who comes is professional and courteous. Tawny is the cleaner who is our usual,,sometimes with others, sometimes alone. Love her!

Thumbs UP! We have been using CottageCare Plano for about 4 years now. Always get a reminder phone call a couple days before. They always arrive on time and prepared. VERY professional as to how they clean and what they clean. The house looks great. Their supervisor drops in occasionally to check. Everyone has been friendly, honest, and a good person. Solid company.

I am updating my review from a year ago just to say that I remain a satisfied customer. I continue to request Linda Gilman due to her attention to detail and how she treats my house as if it were her own. I know that she is going to keep my house looking at its best.

I've used CottageCare for many years now, and am always pleased with their friendly service and attention to detail. Amy at the office and all of the cleaners I've had have all been excellent. Most recently, Shatara does a great job, and is consistently cheerful and pleasant. Recommended.

We have been with Cottage Care of Plano for a few years. Amy has been wonderful to work with. Brooke is our cleaning angel. She does a wonderful job of keeping our family neat and tidy. We love when she comes!

We have had Cottage Care for 20 years or over. They are like family. Deborah does an excellent job. The house always looks and feels so clean when she is done. We would recommend them.

I had another cleaning company come in and “deep clean” my home before I gave birth to my son and was VERY disappointed in the end result. I decided to give Cottage Care a try to simply do a regular upkeep of the work done by the other company and they blew my mind!! Their standards are so high and they all work with such integrity. After my first experience I decided to have them come every few weeks and I’m impressed every time! Sierra is my regular helper and she’s so great about being punctual, understanding, quick but extremely thorough (she even organizes my end tables.. which are full of new mom necessities!) all this to say, I highly recommend CC!

We have been using Cottage Care for a couple of years. We had a lovely lady named Brenda that would come and help us clean our house. She is great at her job and a pleasure to be around. I work from home and generally having someone in the house during the day is a pain. With Brenda this was not an issue. Once she knew what to do, I would greet her and she would get to work.

I don't recall how I found Cottage Care but I am glad I did! Their staff is professional, friendly, trustworthy, prompt and they do an excellent job. It's great they will customize services to fit our needs. They don't even mind our 2 large dogs, which is awesome! It's also great to know someone will be there when we expect them. As opposed to an individual housekeeper who may not have a back-up person to help out. I highly recommend CottageCare!

We have used Cottage Care for the last couple of years and have always been pleased with their service and staff. Tawny has been cleaning our house for a while now and does an excellent job. She always has a positive attitude and is very efficient.

We have used many cleaning services over the years and couldn't be happier with CottageCare! The team is thorough in their cleanings every week, even hand cleaning tile floors. There is a real focus on safe and effective products, cleaning methods that are effective and they do not rush through our home. We have two kids and two dogs, so their help keeping up around our home is paramount and we so appreciate the team!

We've used CottageCare a little over a year and it's been great! The bi-weekly cleaning works great for our family with little kids who constantly destroy the house. They are timely and thorough in their work. Evelyn specifically has the best attention to detail!

What a great company. Melissa does a terrific job and is very thorough. She is quiet and doesn’t use her cell phone while working! I am so happy as Cottage Care was recommended to me. Amy, the coordinator, (who is wonderful) came by to my home and I was instantly comfortable with the girls. I have a lot of valuables (to me) and Melissa is very careful! I highly recommend this company!

Nicole, from Cottage Care, started cleaning our house several weeks ago. Each time she has been here, the house is left immaculately clean. She does an outstanding job making sure to be thorough and also careful everything she is cleaning. Not only is she outstanding in regards to completing the job, she is extremely kind/friendly. The entire process engaging with Cottage Care has been amazing. The manager, Amy, has been great to work with during the onboarding process and if I need to get changes done to my cleaning schedule.

Tawny does a fabulous job. Very trustworthy as well. Highly recommend her cleaning services. Amy has been so helpful and patient with scheduling around my crazy schedule too.

Excellent experience with CottageCare Plano. We’ve had 3 cleanings so far for our 4-bedroom home, and Hannah has been wonderful! Timely, efficient, and so kind. She is so sweet to our little dog too. Our house is spotless!

I have been using Cottage Care housekeeping services for over 3 years now. Amy always fits me in when someone is available - she is pleasant & reliable. Yesterday, Brenda went above and beyond doing a great job! She hadn't been here in a couple of years and remarked on how things had changed. She remembered. Pretty cool. We have gone through a few cleaning companies before we found Cottage Care. Our home is also our business so finding a company that would work with our schedule, respect our space and clean to our expectations was important! Cottage Care ladies delivered all of that and more!
