We've been using Cottage Care for a few years and we couldn't be more pleased. They make the process of scheduling easy, customer service is top notch and all their staff we've met have been great. Once we met Hannah we've requested her every time she's available. She's incredibly thorough, consistent and quick. Highly recommend asking for her. By far the best experience we've had with a cleaning service in DFW.

I was referred to CottageCare, and after my second encounter with this company, I will not hesitate to refer someone else! My first encounter was with Amy, who professionally and patiently answered my questions when I called. My second was with Hannah, who reported on time with warmth, expertise, and tools in tow. She worked tirelessly. The high quality of the work she left behind is THE reason I will call CottageCare again.

We have used CottageCare Plano for almost 2 years now and have been very pleased with their work. Their products are "clean" and all the staff have been professional, on time and friendly. We currently have Tawny cleaning our home and, WOW, she is great! I work from home and she is always on time, respectful of my schedule that day and does a fantastic job cleaning our house. She is thorough but also quick - which I'm not sure how it's possible but she does it! I'm always impressed after she leaves. I've had a few cleaners over the years and she definitely ranks near the top. The owner, Amy, is also very responsive and makes every effort to ensure you're happy.

We were referred to Cottage House Plano for an initial cleaning. We were contacted immediately. Our appointment was with Hannah and she did an excellent job! We are so pleased with the work and love a fresh smelling home. Thank you so much Hannah!

The service & care we have received from CottageCare Plano has been excellent. We have weekly cleanings & Amy has tirelessly worked with our sometimes crazy schedule. My husband works from home & they ensure everything is done & he never has to pause work. Maria is wonderful- her work is thorough, fast, efficient, & left my home sparkling. I highly recommend CottageCare Plano!
