Cottage Care Plano has cleaned our home for at least a decade. Over the years, our individual housekeeper may have changed a few times, but each and every time the clean has been outstanding..

Great service! With COVID going on the employees where mask which makes you feel safe. The cleaning has always been top notch. Amy the owner comes by and makes sure we are satisfied on how it looks. Great customer service. Will continue to use them for sure.

Dee Ann does my cleaning every other week and she is excellent. She is always on time and does a very thorough job. Even takes care of extra jobs if she sees something that needs to be done.

Current state we are so happy with CottageCare and Brenda. We actually sold our xl sofa this weekend and I went to pull it apart to vacuum for the new owners and was shocked that there wasn’t a single dog hair- I didn’t need to do much cleaning to it at all. We both talked about how thoughrough Brenda is. She’s amazing and our house is always sparkling thanks to her.

I have used Cottage Care o two occasions. Once for a move in/out cleaning and once for a normal monthly type of cleaning. On both occasions the staff was friendly, professional, on-time, and most importantly did a really good job cleaning. They seemed to pay attention to some of the detail areas other cleaning services have ignored. I will be using them again in the future.

I've been using Cottage Care for a few months now and I really like them. They are very responsive to your needs. If you indicate that you want them to concentrate on an area or that something needs to be done every time they come out, they will make a note on their clip board so that it will not be forgotten the next time. They are very organized and conscientious about their cleaning. And I feel safe with them. Also I was new to getting a cleaning service so they were careful to work with me to make sure I got the things I wanted from the service. The women who come out are very friendly.
