Daniel provided great service and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After the recent storm, Daniel clearly explained what issues/problems I was facing and quickly got my pool up and running again. He replaced a pump, fixed another pump, and fixed/replaced varies pvc pipe/valve issues. Extremely fair and honest- would highly recommend and have to all my neighbors and friends.

This is the first time I've owned a pool so I went through a few pool services before finding pool referees. I really loved that it was a small family owned business and I wouldn't get lost in a big corporate business. It feels like family and I like that. They are very responsive and if they are going to have to reschedule they will communicate this with you. All I was looking for was communication and a clean pool and both of these pool referees will supply.

We have worked with Pool Referees for over a year. They taught us how to use our pool equipment, cleaned the DE filter, and now regularly take care of our pool. We absolutely love them!!!!

Everyone at Roof Referees had been wonderful. I have called a few times with questions and the owner spoke with me directly. The weekly team that comes out are friendly and super nice to my 3 fur kids. I love getting notifications when they are on their way and easy payment process. Love this service!!!

There have been some minor problems but overall this is a very, very good company. They are generally attentive to my requests and concerns. Also, they always give you a reminder that they will be servicing the pool on the next day. As a general rule, the pool is pristine when they leave.

I've been with them for >3 yrs now. Overall, a great company for us. They're scheduling is sometimes not impeccable, and 1-2 of their technicians are mediocre, but all-in-all, I've had a very great experience. They also just installed a new filter + pump setup with the best prices I could find, done quickly and professionally. I've referred them to 3 other families - who are all very satisfied - and I will continue to refer them.

Pool Refs have always been great from the very first time we used them. Where another company said that we needed a new pump for over $1k, Pool Refs completed a repair for $140. Quality work every time, honest, expert advice and service.

Happy to have found this company to help us with cleaning and servicing our pool! They are professional and thorough and so good at communicating. They give me a heads up before arriving so I can secure the dogs. And they give me an email with a detailed checklist and pictures after the cleaning. I am very pleased so far!

Pool Referees did an outstanding job of repairing my equipment after the ice storm. The technician arrived after the ice melted, and had parts on order. The extensive work was completed with no problems at all. We were one of the few people on our block to have our pool up and running before summer. Great company.

So far Robert and Daniel were the two Ive interacted with, but the support staff when calling in are super helpful and friendly as well. I'm a first time pool owner with no prior experience. I am so grateful to have found Pool Referees! They are honestly the best pool company to have. I contacted Pool Referees out of desperation. My prior pool company had not return my calls in regards to my pool emergency. So, I reached out to pool referees and I'm so glad I did. For their first visit Robert came out to measured my pool and took pictures of my equipment. Which really came in handy when I needed someone to help me drain my pool. He sent me step my step instructions and a picture of the valve I needed to use. My pool stays sparkling blue everyday even up to the next visit. Which is something that wasn't happening with the other company. I highly recommend Pool Referees. Don't waste your time and money with any other company.

They were great until they merged with gold medal pools. I’ve had a service request since Monday for an urgent issue and nobody has come out to fix it. I’ve called twice and was reassured it was high priority with the freeze and it is still unresolved. When this company was owned by pool refs they were great. Sad to see a family owned company go down after merging.

Pool Referee has done an amazing job for us over the last several years. Their communication is spot on and they will always let us know if there’s a delay in our pool service.
Their technicians do a great job, and we’ve rarely had anything to contact them about. I highly recommend them, and would recommend them to any of my closest friends and family.

I paid this company $1152 to fix my filter over two months and they never fixed the problem. I had to call another company to fix it because the filter would dump all the DE power back into the pool. They came to my house several times over two months guessing as to what was wrong and charging to replace all kinds of parts. The owner even told me that it's hard to find good employees that know all the equipment of a pool, and yet they are so shameless to take the job. If you want to WASTE your money, please call them. They have NO shame, no professionalism, and will gladly steal from you two.

After 4+ years with another pool servicing company, I realized that I needed better results. After 1 month with Pool Referees I'm extremely happy with their service. My pool looks great. The techs are very thorough, and the company has been very communicative and responsive to my questions.
