Found them on Groupon. Called to book appointment after buying on Groupon. Appointment was canceled an hour before expected arrival time. The company reached out to let me know their machine wasn’t starting and that they would reach back later that day to reschedule my appointment. They never reached out. I checked back the next day to see if they were able to reschedule my appointment and they said they would be in touch the next morning to reschedule. That’s been a week and nobody has responded back to me. That’s beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate of your customers time. I had to make sure I’m home from work to be available and also moved most of the furniture from the rooms I was having cleaned. Waste of my time. Terrible customer service experience and would not recommend this company!

I’m very disappointed with this Upholstery Clean Kings’ service purchased through Groupon. My appointments were canceled twice with little to no notice due to machine breakdown, which completely disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, I still have not received a refund despite multiple follow-ups. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this vendor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to normally give a bad review, but I felt it was warranted.
I called the company before I purchased a Groupon to make sure that they serviced my area, that the Groupon was legit, and that they could come out soon. They informed me that everything was good, and that they had an opening 3 days later to come out. On the day of the appointment, 28 minutes before they are supposed to show up, they canceled stating the machine was not working, but they would be able to come out in a couple of days. I said okay, but have not heard from them since and it has been over a week. Groupon is no help and said I have to make an appointment. It’s been over a week and still nothing. Do NOT do business with this company or use a Groupon for them. It all seems like a scam.

DC did a great job. We had many dog pee stains and he treated them and sanitized! The carpet looks 10x brighter! Thank you for your punctuality and professionalism!

This is an amazing vendor. The owner was so nice and helped me with all the different upholstery in my living room. I have a lot of pet hair and stains due to my dog and he was able to get everything removed and looking brand new. 100% would use this service again and recommend to all my family and friends.

I bought a deal from Groupon back in June and I contacted the Merchant to schedule me for the service. He told me he will text me that afternoon with their availability which he never did so I contacted him back after waiting for over 2 weeks. He canceled my appointments 3 times saying he is having issues with the equipment and needed time to get it fixed. These back and forth took over 2 months and I contacted Groupon to refund my money.
My advice to you all is SAVE YOUR MONEY
Unbelievably this sale is still on Groupon!! It’s a total SCAM! He has only one equipment for cleaning and that’s still in the shop!!! What a joke!!

I have never written a review in my 37 years of living. But this company has the worst customer service ever. He rescheduled on me 9 times within a span of 4 months. Either the day of the appointment or a day after. And I had to call and text him reminders of our appointments. Do not trust Upholstery Clean Kings!!!!!!

I spoke with DC and he came out to give me a quote. He was on time and professional. We agreed on a price and scope of work. I left the house for a few hours to give him time to clean my floors and couch. I had no issues with me being gone. Upon my return he had surprised me with some “extra cleaning”, at no charge. That sure was nice and appreciated. I would highly recommend him.

DC did a great job! He shared A lot of helpful information about cleaning the upholstery. He does carpet, tile and grout cleaning also so I’m going to call him when I need his services again.

I also purchased a Groupon with the expectation there would be an upcharge for prestain treatment due to pet spots. DC was upfront with the extra cost and we were given the opportunity to decline if we chose.
We were on a time crunch and he fit us in. Good communication, Arrived at the expected time, knocked out the job in 2 hours.
Pleased with the results since the carpet is old and it came out better than we thought it would.

DC the service provider was very accommodating. He came out on a Sunday morning and prior to his arrival was constantly in touch regarding appointment confirmation and expected arrival time. I had purchased a Groupon and although I do not have any pets or kids, based on period of ownership, he recommended a pre treatment which was an additional cost. He did an excellent job of cleaning my sofa, loveseat and area rug. He also ensured he left no mess behind after the cleaning. Highly recommended.

We are a large family of 5 children so skills and stains are frequent. There was a large dark spot and also scattered stains from a spilled drink on our love seat and he came to take a look at it all on the same day of me calling them. They were very responsive, polite and straight to the point on what needed to be done and the sofa stain was gone quickly and looked and smelled great afterwards. He did the rug for us as well and whatever they used had a very nice subtle clean fragrance to it. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the work and I highly recommend their company. They do a great job and for larger orders they give you a discount which is really nice if you need a lot of things done. Such a nice guys and we couldn’t have been more happy!

DC was great, he explained by phone all the cleaning process, gave me a quote and respect it and also he was very trustworthy.

Additionally the chairs had a lot of cat hair and he vacuum and leave them like new.

Best bang for your buck and what I mean by that is you get more than what you ask and pay for! Not one spot missed!
