During the Big Freeze of ‘21 this company sent an email to all its customers to turn off their pumps. We were not a customer at that time. Our neighbor was. We had over $3000 in damage, our neighbor, zero dollars in damage. We immediately switched and have been with them ever since. Communication with your customers is key!

The service has been outstanding! They have been to my home 5 times in the past 2 weeks to be sure my green pool turned to beautiful blue and ready for summer. Absolutely incredible communication and service!

Danny was very efficient switching out the old pump to a brand new. He also gave me some extra tips on running the filter and the pool sweep. He even moved out the electric connections so when the pool filter is not running, the pool sweep will not turn on.

Their team members are always on time, with professional attire and name badges for security purposes, and provide courtesy photos and service reminders of annual service to keep the pool in good working conditions. Their customer service and accounting staff are professional and respond to inquiries quickly. We have iswd CCP for the last 3 years and they current service our pool. I highly recommend them in the Flower Mound area!

What a fantastic experience with our pool tech, Danny Riojas today. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about proper pool care. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing with the pool, and why he was doing it. When he finished, my pool looked AMAZING! They have done a great job with taking care of my pool for over 15 years. When I have a problem with my pool or spa they are quick to get me on the schedule. They communicate via text or calling to let me know when any work is being done besides weekly cleaning. Any big repairs they do that also without having to source out to other companies.

Clear Choice has handled by weekly service since I moved 11 years ago. The techs are always friendly and kind to both wife, children, and animals.
