Clear Choice is the new name for Flower Mound Pool Care, and still providing outstanding service. My primary pump died recently. The pool filled up with dirt and debris while the pump was out. Rodney, Jackson and Jonah did a phenomenal job bringing my pool back to life with a new motor and cleaning. We were able to enjoy it all weekend in the hot weather. All of the people who have ever serviced my pool have been so gracious and helpful, answering questions and providing guidance on what chemicals are needed.

Clear Choice Pools has been great to us. From weekly maintenance to service calls, they've always sent someone who knows their stuff! The staff is kind and professional and gets you taken care of in a timely manner. The guys are always willing to answer questions about your pool, including how something works, anytime they are asked. For the weekly maintenance, I LOVE the email telling me exactly what was addressed, along with a photo of the pool after the cleaning.

We called Clear Choice Pool Care with an urgent need for service to be completed within a day. They sent out Rodney, who came and gave us a quote and started work the same day. Rodney was professional, knowledgable and did a very thorough job! They have been easy and responsive from the very first call. I am so happy I found them, they saved our pool and equipment. Clear Choice Pool Care is a fantastic weekly pool service provider ! Even on the one occasion when my pool started to turn greenish, they sent out a Tech who provided a service that morning and much to our surprise, it was beautiful blue that evening. Honestly !! They also let you know if they observe any potential issues with the equipment! Best choice !

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my home 2 weeks in advance knowing my kids will be out of town and the house would be undisturbed only to have this business 1. Not confirm the day before the cleaning and 2. On the day of cleaning I called to confirm with them and they said my address was "out of their service area". Why did they schedule me in the first place? And why is my house that is located in Plano, only 4 miles from the business, not in their area of service? Anyways, terrible business and I do not recommend anyone waste their time and money with them.
