We have had Wilmer and Rosanna clean our house the last few months and they do such an amazing job! Attention to detail and love the way our home looks when they are finished. Nothing like coming home to an immaculate house!

I’ve used Dallas Sunrise Maids for years at this point and every team has always been amazing! If they ever miss something, there’s no problem getting it fixed and I love having a clean home with clean floors (especially because I have dogs)! Absolutely worth the money to me for saving the time and the effort of mopping / cleaning the bathroom which are the tasks I hate the most! I love Dallas Sunrise Maids and will continue to be a customer as long as I live in DFW!

I used Dallas Sunrise Maids for a move out clean on a property and I was thoroughly impressed. Their communication and customer service was on point. They sent a few reminders, which made me feel better because I wasn’t afraid they wouldn’t show up. When the appointment day arrived the cleaners were exactly on time, had all their own supplies and equipment, and did a fantastic job! I wish I had written their names down. When the job was completed, they asked me to walk through and make sure everything was satisfactory. They had missed a couple of small spots, that weren’t a big deal, but they cheerfully touched them up. The only negative was they didn’t accept cards (or even Zelle or some other form of e-payment) so I had to run to the ATM for cash. I believe they also take checks but I haven’t written a check in 10 years and wouldn’t know where one is. Looking back to the confirmation that info was communicated in advance though and I just didn’t see it. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

They also found a missing diamond earring and I found that they had left it on the counter!

We love Dallas Sunrise Maids -- after our maid service before continued to disappoint we made the switch and they were so amazing. We have the same two people come each week (Kevin and Dalcy) -- they are both amazing and so detailed. They do so many little things to make our home feel extra clean and welcoming.

When I had a baby and was in the hospital they also did extra cleans within the house to make it SPOTLESS when we came home with baby. So sweet!

I met my cleaning crew, Esther & Hilcia, for the first time today and they were absolutely wonderful!! They are so polite, they did great with my 2 pit mixes, and their attention to detail is absolutely amazing! I am beyond impressed with every room & every surface in my house! I cannot give them enough compliments! I feel so much more relaxed in my house now; I’m looking forward to seeing them every month! 🥰

I am so pleased with this service! They show up and do an amazing job! The communication is great with any changes or issues. Our cleaners were onsite and noticed our sink was leaking. They told us right away and we were able to fix it before it became a bigger issue! The team is very nice and pet friendly! We have 2 small dogs and the team is always nice to them! Having Sunrise Maids come monthly has been one of our best investments!

Dallas Sunrise Maids has been providing cleaning service to our home for over 3 years, at least once a month cleaning. all sessions has been problem free. All their staff are hardworking and pretty well trained and require little to no special instructions. Most of their staff are Spanish speaking, but has never been an issue. Maybe we called the office once for quick instruction to their staff. I highly recommend their services

The company is very communicative, flexible, and professional. They send reminders about your clean a few days in advance which I always appreciate. Ritzy and Marisol do a wonderful job cleaning (even on the months that the house is messier than usual due to the craziness of life!)

A shower handle was accidentally broken during the clean and Ritzy immediately came to me and apologized. The company offered to send someone that day to see if it could be fixed. It needed to be replaced and Dallas Sunrise Maids covered the full cost to replace the shower handle - no questions asked!

I would 10/10 recommend them as cleaners because of the quality of the clean and the professionalism of the company!

I love using Dallas Sunrise Maids! Carmen and Erika do a wonderful job cleaning our apartment and they seem to love and take extra care around our kitties! We always love the way the apartment smells and looks when they leave. It’s like a brand new apartment every time! The absolute cleanest my home has ever been!! Wilmer and Rosana are incredible and provided a very thorough 6 hour deep clean of my home. This was my first cleaning appointment with DSM and I’m very impressed with the whole experience. I look forward to working with them to become a recurring customer.
