Had them come to clean and inspect my fireplace, they did repairs and said the gas starter was fine. Had to have the come back within two months to do some rework on the fireplace, then two weeks later the gas starter broke into three pieces. Won't be using them any more. I got the stuff to do all th repairs myself.

They advertise cleanings on their website for $99. Technician comes out and tells me the fireplace requires a deep cleaning and will cost me a few hundred dollars. He gets it approved for special rate of $300. He also said office should have contacted me to let me know that the $99 special only applies for regular maintenance but they never did. If I didn't have anything done was told I would still be charged about an $80 service fee. I called main office at a later date hoping they would honor the $99 special they have advertised online (since this is what I signed up for) but they said they couldn't since I already agreed to have cleaning done. Also, the main office said they don't call before to warn people that the $99 special only applies to regular maintenance so I guess the technician lied to me.

These folks know what they’re doing for sure! Chimney looks perfect and they even left the area clean. Totally worth it!!
