I want to give a shout out to David L. at the 121 location! He has been extremely helpful with my gardening needs and ALL my questions at various visits. 😜 His attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. I find myself always searching for him when I visit the garden center since he’s so attentive to customer needs. ♥️

My mom and I decided to redo the backyard and wanted to have Calloway's come out give us a design and quote because we know they do great work and the plants are guaranteed. This interaction started off rocky to say the least. My mom gave them a firm budget and the first person we saw sent her images that she fell in love with and then the quote...that was double the budget. My mom was honestly crushed. They said they would send out someone else, that person called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say she couldn't come out because it was raining and she wasn't allowed to. It wasn't raining and she lied. At this point we were over it. She called Anthony, his ability to listen and understand the frustration got my mom to agree to let one more person come out. If it didn't work out we were going to request a refund...
Anthony sent us Emily P. She's unbelievably professional and kind. She came out on time and listened patiently as my mom aired her grievances. She walked the yard, took new pictures and said she'd come back with another person to take measurements and get us the most accurate quote possible while also lowering it. She has followed through thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner on every communication. Today she showed us the new concept. Due to the work we want done it was still slightly over budget but she took the time to explain the itemized breakdown and options to help lower it. I know this is a lengthy review but I think when someone does their job really well they deserve recognition and she has done an amazing job so far. She saved the day and my mom and I went from extremely frustrated to excited to be working with Calloway's again. Thank you Emily and Anthony!

I just recently moved here from Florida. Needless to say gardening is a bit different in Texas but the employees at this nursery really helped me get a good idea of what plants will do well here. Compared to what I have seen at other nurseries around their stock is also very well taken care of for the heat. My compliments to whoever cares for the plants!! The prices were slightly higher than you would find at say Home Depot or Lowe’s but the quality and variety is incomparable.

Recently, I've purchased a considerable number of plants and supplements for a major landscaping project at my home. I value the one-year guarantee that Calloways provides, its substantial inventory of products and discount for Vets. But, above all, I always find and trust the expertise of the staff.

I especially have been impressed with the valuable guidance Harrison has provided. He not only recommended the best plants for my project, but came to my home to provide guidance about the placement of the plants.

I will always go to Calloways for my gardening and landscaping needs. And, I will always try to work with Harrison to advise me.

BIG kudos and thanks to Ethan, a staff member at the Hwy 121 store! He went way beyond the call of duty to help us locate a planter/pot at another Calloways (called 4 stores for us!) Ethan was clearly eager to learn how to serve customers better (asked his manager for help when needed) and was late for his lunch break because he was serving us! Calloway's always has the best selection of plants for your spring garden. More importantly, they stand behind their products. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist with whatever your project requires.

Beautiful indoor plants this time of year, we came home with quite a few!

Calloway's Nursery has the market cornered on good quality flora. Good luck finding a nicer selection of plants anywhere near frisco. Today I picked up a healthy greenmound juniper and a nice little bonsai pot, after styling and a few beers I have a very fine bonsai. I love Calloway's.

Another great calloways location. Great selection of house plants. They seems to have a better selection of larger more established house plants.

For some reason I now can’t remember, I stopped going to Calloway’s several years ago. Maybe the cheaper plants at the big box guys were a draw?

I’m here to say I’ve missed out! Not sure if they’re all like this however this location has everything! Healthy plants, pots, supplies, soil, fertilizer (organic and otherwise) and even insects.

Location is a bit tough to negotiate unless you’re headed east from Independence however there is back road if you’re coming from Custer. If you’re on google maps, you can see that.

We went to Calloway’s today and found Harrison. He was wonderful. He found plants for us based on where we were putting them and gave great suggestions for those and ground cover. He spent a lot of time with us until we were done. Also Anna checked us out and she was super helpful as well. This is our nursery!

I came in for repotting my anthurium plants. Charged 5 dollars per repot, and soil was 12.99. Happy with the experience, and the girls were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was looking for a specific plant that was not in stock. Alexis suggested a different one, turns out it was a better choice. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Will look for her again in the future.

This one stands out from all the others. Big, open orderly layout. You can easily browse through each aisle without overlooking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely handicap accessible.

I bought new shrubs to replace the 12 shrubs destroyed during our sub zero winter freeze. I made sure everything i bought is tolerant to minus 20. Got some really nice Burberry plants here. The freeze caused a lot of churn for me but Calloway is making easier to resolve
