Technician Chris arrived in a timely manner, greeted me in a friendly manner and smile, discussed the treatment (trees and shrubs), and got to it. Great service from this young man.

Chris was super efficient, detail oriented & just a great breath of fresh air & sunshine brightness to chat with about my lawn service & attention for the coming days ahead for our season. As I bent his ear for a bit about my hydrangea & landscape moving forward. Thanks for your expertise Chris. Thanks Gro Green. Together y’all rock out on my lawn care.

Never got the treatments I paid for and terrible service every step along the way!!!

I called GroGreen on Monday, March 2, 2026 for new service since I was starting to see weeds emerge. I advised I needed someone out quickly to begin service and I was assured someone would call to schedule service within the next 48 hrs, so I paid in full for their "Bronze" program for the year, which included a liquid aeration treatment, grub treatment, lawn insect treatment, and the monthly fertilization/treatments.

By Thursday, no one had called me so I called back. No technicians were available until the upcoming Wednesday, so I scheduled for then. About 2 pm on Wednesday I get a text from the tech apologizing and stating his truck broke down and he wouldn't be able to service my property that day, but he would reschedule promptly. No one called to reschedule, so I called back and spoke to a wonderful customer service agent, Carla, and she advised she would escalate this to a manager for me. She placed me on hold and after a few minutes she advised her manager Shaun would call me back. I advised I expected a call today or I would be cancelling service. She advised she'd pass on the message. Shaun calls back a few minutes later and advises he can send someone out Friday, March 12th and I thank him for the help.

Friday comes and my lawn is serviced, but when I read the report it recommends a grub treatment and a lawn insect treatment because the technician saw evidence of lawn damage. Despite the fact I paid for those treatments, he doesn't do them, so I call GroGreen again and ask why it wasn't done. Brandy advised those treatments must be scheduled separately (which I don't believe) and that someone will call me in the next few days to get it scheduled. Surprise, surprise, by Wednesday, March 18th no one has called. Needless to day, I called and spoke to the sweet Carla again and cancelled service. The only credit I will give them is that they processed my refund promptly after charging for the first service.

I will not be doing business with GroGreen again and I highly recommend you try them out first before purchasing any plans or you may be horribly disappointed. Oh, and a week after weed application, my weeds are thriving!

Is NET lawn and landscape still in business or not at the location listed online? I tried to stop by today, verified address on google web search and google maps but when I arrived the business was not there.

I have been using NET Lawn care and Now known as Lawn Service DFW. I am pleased with their services. I love my lawn.

Had a signed contract with them for a full new system which they canceled last minute after changing the quote and lying about why it was changed. No showed coming out to do our estimate multiple times. We were patient and then cancellation because they got a big builder’s work and no longer had time for us. They deleted the contract from their electronic system even after permit for the work was issued. At least they didn’t charge us for the permit.

TruGreen always does a phenomenal job. Have used them for years. Just recently moved back to Texas and receiving the same great service I received in Georgia. Today Nathaniel did a great job and is so nice. Other technicians caring for the lawn always do great as well. Super happy with this company. If you have an issue, just discuss with them. They will take care of it.

My yard v neighbor yard. Mine the all dormant grass neighbor is infested with weeds and that's said about both neighbors

I have never had such a thick lush lawn. Greenest lawn on the block. I was going to do new sod but all my grass is now back. The lawn is beautiful

They do a really great job of understanding your concerns and helping you with your lawn care needs. Only piece of “negative” feedback, is that I wish they offered lawn mowing and tree trimming services, as that would just make it even easier to have them as your one-stop-shop!

We used TG at our house in Galveston for several years with fantastic results. When we sold that house we decided to use them at our main home. We had them fertilize our yard. The pic shows the results. We sent them the pics and they said they sent a man to remedy the problem. We have video of him arriving at out house at 8:16 AM and leaving at 8:22. The man said he sprayed both back and front laws yet we know they didn't. The man returned several days later and tried to tell me he did spray our yard. He lied. When I tried calling his boss I received no reply for almost a week. Poor customer service. Poor execution Poor company.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! We had tree trimming and removal done the crew went above and beyond to beautify our yard. They were professional, tidy, responsive and all for a great price!

Trugreen is very consistent and helpful on keeping my lawn as healthy as possible. Sometimes they treat my lawn when I’m not there and give me a complete detail of what they saw in a note in the yard as well as a link to review their analysis. I am glad I have their help in keeping my yard & shrubs Healthy. If I happen to be home when they arrive, they are more than congenial and helpful and letting me know the condition or any extra attention I should give to my property.

I honestly was leary about getting a lawn service like TruGreen, but Christopher Wines made me a believer. He didn't communicate to me like a scripted robot and made me feel at ease by tempering my expectations and being available for any concerns that I have. A true testament that good products are crucial to a business, but great customer service and communication is paramount from standing out from the competition.

Always inform me what they are doing before they come. Professional and my lawn looks great. 👍

First lawn service complete. Customer service was very helpful as well as our technician Derrick. He left good instructions on watering the treatment into the soil as well as mowing instructions. Everyone was very courteous and helpful which is all I can comment on right now. Told it should take about 3 weeks and I will see weeds wilting. Can’t say much about the treatment, Iam hoping for some great results but don’t expect to see a difference in the same day. Will comment again after following treatments.

Our lawn looks the best in our brand new neighborhood. We're ecstatic about the results we're seeing from the brief service that we have received from y'all. We do have some brown spots along our fence line inside the backyard as well as a small line next to fence on the garage side. I'm hoping we can find a solution for those areas. Also, our backyard tree is leaning to the left. Let tree stakes are lose that's causing the tree to lean. Also, the tree doesn't look to be as health as most of our neighbors backyard trees. What can we do to resolve that issue? Do y'all realign stakes in the ground to keep our young tree growing straight? Is there any fertilizer or nutrients we can feed the tree so is flourishes like my neighbors tree? We waqnt our plants, trees, flowers, and lawn to be the best looking in the neighborhood. Let me know if y'all don't provide any opf the services that I listed in this review. Y'all are awesome. I have nothing negative to say.

This was my first treatment of the season this year and was needed. They did an excellent job covering my entire property. I used TruGreen last year as well and the treatments were very effective. I used a different company the year before and their treatments never lasted and were not effective. They did not spend the time covering all areas like TruGreen does. I don’t hardly ever leave reviews but this is money well spent if you have mosquitoes. My technician is vey professional and thorough, could not have done a better job. 5+ out of 5 stars!
