I had a leaking water heater that had been installed 4 years ago by this company. It was the water tank issue. Al sent Brandon and have him replace it following day under warranty. Brandon was very prompt and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with their service.

I called all About Water heaters and spoke to Al, He offered to come out that day and install a new water heater. He quoted a very reasonable price. The technician arrived and worked quickly to complete the installation.

I have 2 12-year old water heaters that don't give as much hot water anymore; so I think it's probably time to have them replaced. From my research on Google, I decided to call AAWH. Albert, the owner worked on the phone with me very patiently. We've exchanged texts, pics etc..and mutually come up to the decision to have both of them replaced. He then quoted me the price, the heaters' brand and set up the ETA. The following day, 2 technicians, Cody and Alex, showed up on time and got the job done in 2 hours. I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy as well -like I was with their owner. In short, I got a job done timely, professionally with a reasonable price; what's else could I possibly ask? Definitely will use this company for future's needs.

We recently had a tankless water heater installed by them. The installers were great. Very professional and courteous. The owner was really responsive and gave us a great deal. They even did the install on a Sunday. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

I want to tell you this was an outstanding job from start to finish while I was under extreme pressure. Albert was easy to talk to, easy to work with and completely excellent. The installer Cody was absolutely the best considering limited working space, water leaking and getting the job done professionally and courteously. He explained the whole process by step and was done quite quickly. This IS a company you want to do business with. After standard quote and picture exchange, everything including payment went seamlessly.

We are very happy with our decision to use this company. Our hot water heater broke in the morning, and by the middle of the afternoon we had it completely replaced for a very reasonable price. Albert was great in terms of helping select the proper replacement, and his two installers that came to our house were awesome. We had a bit of a complex job too because we had another older water in the attic that needed to be replaced proactively, and the guys even picked up the replacement at Lowe's and brought it to my house to install for a small fee. The entire experience was positive. I would recommend them to anyone.
