I got quotes from three businesses. The assessment was the same from all three. Replace two sections of sewer line. All three were good with communication. Accurate was slightly better than the other two. The lowest quote was from Accurate at $8000. A close second was Legacy Plumbing at $8900. The unpleasant surprise was Rescue Air/Plumbing at $20,600. When using Rescue on smaller jobs in the past, their plumbing fees seemed unusually high. This latest discrepancy confirmed that I’ll no longer consider Rescue for plumbing work. Accurate Leak did not disappoint, and I’ll be using them again.

Great experience! Had my whole sewer system done and everything was top notch from initial communication through the entire project completion. Even after they had finished we had a few small issues ancillary to the sewer and they came and fixed them right up at no cost. Highly recommend.

We had a big problem with corroding cast iron pipes under ground. Accurate Leak and Line was referred to us by our neighbor and I'm very happy we went with this company. Accurate Leak and Line surpassed my expectations for the repair of a major plumbing issue. We discovered, in the middle of another major renovation, we had cast iron plumbing beneath the slab foundation of our house which had rusted and corroded over the years. Our plumbing started backing up and were very quickly approaching a major mess. We interviewed multiple companies, some of which wanted to charge us the cost of a house for the repair and others who said the only way to repair the issue was to tunnel beneath the entire foundation and replace every piece of plumbing piece by piece or jackhammer through our tile and wooden floors through the foundation. Chad visited and listened to all of my concerns and offered a solution that would replace our plumbing with minimal interruption to our daily lifestyle. Christian was on site to coordinate everything and kept us abreast of what was going on daily. I was most pleased with the fact that I did not have to move out of the house with my wife and 3 small children. We were instructed ahead of time to not run water or use the bathroom in certain areas of the house while repairs were going on. It was a costly and extensive project, but for the amount of labor that went into tunneling, replacing and externalizing plumbing which was beneath my slab, I felt pricing was fair and the results were worth it. I would highly recommend Accurate Leak to anyone with a similar issue. As bad as the situation was, they made the process easy to bear. Thank you.

Accurate Leak and Line did a full drainage system replacement by re-routing the lines, so there was no tearing up the floors inside the house. Their estimate was much more affordable than my other estimates. It was a complex job and they had a very hard-working crew. The manager gave me his phone number to cal him with any questions or concerns. I even called and asked him for suggestions after the work was done. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

I chose Accurate Leak and Line from a couple other bids because they had the longest warranty. They were great at communicating and the workers kept everything clean during the process. Accurate was the fourth company we spoke with in an attempt to diagnose a slab leak after a hydrostatic test failed following foundation work. A prior plumbing company made 2 site visits without being able to diagnose the leaks. Accurate saved us money by using an epoxy-based solution on one repair and they diagnosed several breakage points. Pricing and estimates were all up front with no surprises or add-ons.

Fixed a underground slab leak for me via a re-route. Professional as well. Instead of dissing the work that was done by previous owners - which seems to be the norm of most all companies, the Accurate team that came for the fix (Juan and team) provided creative solutions to fix a problem that was a headache and potentially very expensive. They were on time and respectful of my home situation as well and explained to me in detail what was wrong where and how he planned to fix it etc. Also left the workspace clean after done.

I had talked to David in the beginning after I saw their truck on the freeway - and he was pretty clear about the process and timeline etc. Work was done exactly within estimated timeline.

Overall a great experience. Will definitely suggest this to my circle and recommend to anyone who have been dealing with other bad companies. Only folks I will call next time I suspect a leak !!! So glad I saw their truck !!!

When you find out that a house you bought 3 months before has roots in the sewage system due to rotting cast iron, it can be quite disturbing.

After multiple bids from traditional plumbers and Accurate leak, we chose Accurate Leak because their solution was the most comprehensive and their price was half the cost. Moreover, Chad was so patient with us prior to the project as we asked many questions about a hybrid approach to replace all of our sewage cast iron pipes.

Once the project began, Christian was the best! He was great about explaining the time line and exactly what we could expect. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were informed and the project was successful. His crew was polite and cleaned up as they went along.

The work was good and the price was very reasonable. Communication could have been a lot better. I never knew when or if the workers were going to be at the house working on any given day (weather delays). When the work was complete, I wasn't notified. I just received the final invoice. All the workers who came through were friendly and professional, and the quality of the work is most important. It's only been a few weeks, but we are happy so far. The final cost matched the initial estimate, which was also very nice.

Chad and his team did a great job last year when we had our old cast iron pipes replaced. They got the work done in the time frame given, with minimal interruption, and we've had no problems since. I appreciated their professionalism and communication each step of the way. I highly recommend if you have a need for their services.

These guys were absolutely incredible in replacing my cast iron sewer. They did it quickly, and you can barely tell that they were here. The city inspector that came by after the work was done made a point to come tell me how great this company was in all his inspections. They're not cheap, but they were not the most expensive either. Worth every penny, as far as I'm concerned. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Delighted to have a new sewer system that is rerouted and no longer running right through the center of my home. These guys did a phenomenal job, after just 4 days the new sewer was up & running beautifully. They were fast & efficient, their price beat all my other quotes. Accurate Leak and Line were great to work with. We can’t recommend them highly enough. After some initial concerns about where our leak was they isolated it and started the repair right away. Their guys did an amazing job start to finish. We thought there would be a huge mess after all of the digging but you’d never know they even put a shovel in the ground. I hope I never have another leak but if I do I know who I’ll call.

I can’t say enough about my positive experience with Accurate Leak and Line. I was unfortunate enough to have a tree root intrusion in my sewer line that culminated directly under my driveway. After having two different companies provide estimates that required tearing up and replacing part of my drive cement with what I felt would be a detriment to curb appeal, I located Accurate Leak and Line. They were not only super competitive price wise, but did not require replacing any cement. From start to finish I would have to give 5 stars on prompt communications, scheduling and on time arrivals, limiting time without water and sewer service, and outstanding cleanup of the job site.
I would definitely not hesitate to use them again if the need arose for their expertise.

I believe I had a good experience with Accurate Leak. Completed on schedule and what they told me would happen. The work appeared to be of quality. Sprinklers and drainage pipes that were disrupted were repaired when requested. If I had a few faults it was Accurate did not come back at the end to do a check list to close the work. I had to report any issues that I saw. A process at completion is needed. I will saw any issues I had they were very quick to remedy. The property well cleaned up after the job, hard to tell all the trench that was done.

I normally don't take time to send a review, but Accurate Leak was great. I took a lot of time and had a lot of questions before I decided on a company to completely replace my drain/sewer lines under my home. They gave me a couple of options one to tunnel under my home and the other to reroute the lines which were options other companies provided as well, but they were the most responsive to all of my concerns. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do and provided pictures of the work they did under my home. I would highly recommend these professionals.

Accurate Leak and Line was recommended to me by one of my close friends from church after he did a ton of research and got multiple bids and went with them. I could not be happier. From the master plumber who came out to do my estimate (he is also one of their owners) to the office staff to the scheduling, job supervision, digging/tunneling, plumbing connection guys, and finally the tunnelling crew who put the dirt back in, I am very pleased.

They took great care of my property and were very diligent to get all of the old pipe out, even replacing all the way up to my shower drains, all toilet flanges, and my sink drains where they go through the slab. They did this work by tunnelling from the drains under the house and out to the side-yard, where they ran the pipes down to the front, connected the drains from both sides of my house, and then connected them to the city sewer. They were careful to confirm that they had good slope/grading to make the drains flow well.

Not only did they do this job very well, they were also very fast, starting on 1/18/24 and getting it all done and back in order on 1/29/24 -- 12 days total -- and they did this with several days of hard rain in the middle where they couldn't work. Their digging crews worked on Saturday and Sunday to keep the project moving as soon as the rain stopped.

When it was time to put the pipes all together, they kept our down time to an absolute minimum, meaning we never had to leave the house or be more than an hour or two where we couldn't put things down the drain. It was not at all disruptive to our lives as I thought it might be.

This work is all they do, and it shows. These guys are super-proficient, treat their customers with great friendliness and respect, and get the job done fast. They also have a 10-year transferrable warranty, and this is a big and well-run company that has been around for years and will be around to service your warranty. I would use them again or recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

UPDATE October 15, 2025: I had a question about one of my shower drains, filled out a form on their web site over lunch today (about 12:40), got a call back in about 30 minutes later, and by 2:30 the same afternoon, Clayton came out to my home and looked at my drain, answered my questions (all was good), and was back on the road by 2:45. Now that is fast service. Once again, everyone I've ever dealt with at Accurate Leak and Line has been top notch, including the speed of their response. Thanks Summer, Christian, and Clayton!
