We discovered that the shutoff valves behind our washing machine were leaking when we tried to turn the water off to disconnect it. We contacted a plumbing company later in the evening, and even though it was after regular business hours, they responded promptly. They were able to book us for service the very next day, which we really appreciated.

Our journey with Denys started January 2024 with diagnosing a slab leak and after main construction was done,Denys help to finish up all of the plumbing jobs in the kitchen.
Summer of 2024 he helped us replace a very old drain in a bathtub and replace 80-is shower head and faucet.
Yesterday coming home after work and finding water leaking under the fridge, he replaced the water line.

Late evening water started dripping from the ceiling. Turned out the water heater in the attic was leaking bad. We had a burst pipe on the backyard hose and they were very prompt in coming, having a look and fixing it, the same day. Denys is always very professional, works very clean and efficient. I have been using their service for a while and I am very happy with them!

Yeah… wasn’t exactly how I planned to spend my Saturday night. Toilet started overflowing after 9 PM and it turned out the main drain line was backed up. I called a few plumbers, no one picked up. Denys from FPP Plumbing actually answered and came out late at night. He cleared the whole line and explained what caused it. Super respectful and didn’t try to upsell anything. Definitely saving his number.

TL;DR: Five-stars all around. Would absolutely hire again. Denys was methodical with his diagnosis/leak detection and was absolutely correct as to how the leak occurred.

This past weekend, I noticed water damage in my garage by the water shut off valve. It was an active growing water leak (see pictures).

Freaking out, I called around to different plumbing companies to see who could come out. The first few I found did not offer emergency/weekend services, but Denys did.

I called around noon, and he was at my house by 2:15p. He was professional, kind, and explained what he was doing and his thought process. Through his diagnosis, he determined the leak must be a small leak and eventually isolated the issue to our master closet (which shares a wall with our garage's attic).

He cut a square piece of drywall from below our closet's shelf, and we could see the active leak dripping down a plastic pipe. He followed that pipe up above our closet shelf and cut out another section of drywall. We all noted that section of the pipe was dry.

He turned off the water again, and then he cut the pipe at both ends accessible via the drywall. Before doing so, he mentioned that builders often punch nails through the drywall/insulation and sometimes end up hitting the pipe. In one of the pics attached, you can see a pointy end of a nail that missed the stud.

When he pulled the cut section of the pipe out, he was correct. A nail had been punched through the pipe, had rusted over four years, and I guess with the recent freeze/thaw had eventually worn away the nail and caused the leak.

He fit a new section of pipe to our existing pipe and fixed the issue. It was about $700 to fix (would have been cheaper if the leak had occurred during regular business hours lol), but the good news is our builder's warranty will cover this claim. :')

I had a non emergency leak that required a difficult repair on my service line in the front yard. The technician came out to the house that same day and assessed what work was required and gave me the quote for labor. I was told that parts were separate and would provide me with receipts for the parts required. Repairs were made the following day with minimal outage time. The technician was very professional and friendly while answering and addressing all my questions and concerns.

If you ever need an emergency plumber in Frisco, save yourself the stress and just call FPP Plumbing. Late Saturday night, I heard this weird dripping sound and saw water coming through the ceiling. My water heater had burst in the attic. Total mess. I called like five companies, no one answered. Denys from FPP Plumbing actually picked up, came out that night, and stopped the leak before things got worse. Yes, they charged an emergency fee obviously, it was almost midnight but honestly, it was totally fair in a situation like that. He came back Sunday morning and replaced the water heater. Super fast, no nonsense, explained everything, and didn’t try to upsell. Can’t thank them enough.
