For me, Smith and Sons has shown themselves to be the correct, complete and on-time solution! I will be recommending this company to my friends and family as well.

They helped me select a new gas water (Bradford White) to replace the 13 year old ‘builder’ (Rheem) original one. They then quickly scheduled and installed it, and even scheduled the city inspector for me after the work was completed. The tGage and Kurt (the techs) were personable, and explained what they were doing well, showed excellent craftsmanship and I couldn’t help but notice the attention to detail in their work. My new water heater is fantastic ( fantastic warranty too!).

This company is who I will be calling for any plumbing issues from now on, and also to do the gas line work for my kitchen revamp this spring, and any other projects of this type that I run into.

Rhyan was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my plumbing issue and respected my home at the same time! Highly recommend.

Team is awesome here. Nathan runs a tight and clean shop. Always on top of orders and always checks in. Love these guys!

Our company has had a long standing relationship with Moore Supply throughout the Dallas area. This location opening up has been beneficial to our operations as we do a lot of work in the area. Nathan has assembled a phenomenal team with Cameron and Jake, they will go above and beyond to take care of your needs!

The guys working the counter and the warehouse at this location are AWESOME. They are super funny, energetic, and gentlemanly. One of them carried the heavy mercandise to the car without a second thought.

Not so great here. Took a good minute to get one part on will call around 10:30 am.
Mesquite Moore is way better.

i like to think I can take care of everything myself. Then the hot water heater started leaking. I got a quote from them and prayed I wouldn’t have a surprise up charge. They came and replaced the water heater fairly quickly. The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful when i called in.

We have had At-Ease come to our home several times for unrelated reasons since we bought the house about 2 years ago. They are always on time, fast, professional, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommended.

These guys were great to respond to a backing up sewer on a Sunday evening. At-Ease is a good name as Randy was quick to find a work around until the more involved process of fixing our root cause was done.

Same day service and the issue was resolved in short order. (Bathroom sinks were not draining even after p traps and drain walls had been cleaned and snaked.)

Pipe broke at the connection on my side of the water meter. Called At-Ease about 6pm. Randy and assistant were out next morning and got it fixed. Good work, fast response, fair price.

This company is on Point! Quick, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Unlike all these other companies who will come out then not get the job done for weeks to months. I have an issue with my toilet, and I spent about 5 minutes online and found two possible causes. I decided to hire a MASTER plumber, and thinking a MASTER should be able to give me a better diagnosis than the Internet. The Master plumber showed up 30 minutes late in a two hour window appointment, and he spent about 5 minutes to get the same conclusions that I obtained from the Internet. I told the plumber to proceed with what he suggested, but he said the weather is too hot. He cannot go to the attic at that time.

I've called another plumber before I contacted this place, and that plumber was very honest by telling me upfront that he could not diagnose the problem.
