We have used At-Ease Plumbing to replace our hot water heater and repair 2 frozen pipes that had burst. They are reasonable in their pricing and do a great job. We even had them come back out 3 months after repairing the burst pipes to do a quick placement change at the request of our contractor, and he did not charge us. This is a company that's honest, fair, and has integrity, which is sometimes hard to find these days. Would recommend to anyone.

Kevin and his crew are really focused on providing a solution to a problem. I had a tub that I'd had two other plumbers work on and they couldn't solve it so it sat unused for almost 5 years. Kevin and Nick did a great job of figuring out the problem and fixing it right away. They were super responsive, take great pride in their work and were way more than fair on pricing. These are the people you want to call when you have a plumbing problem that you want solved.

Cannot say enough about these guys. They are always very professional and honest. They are quick to come out any time we need them. Pricing is very reasonable and the job is guaranteed to be done right. Ardent is definitely someone I would recommend for your home or business.

Although my experience with Kevin Anderson at Ardent Plumbing was unrelated to plumbing issues, I thought it would be notable to share how kind, friendly, and helpful he was to me.

My car had broken down on the road of Chase Oaks Blvd in Plano, heading southbound near the Legacy Dr. intersection, and blocking the left lane. He offered to help move my car off the road into a nearby apartment complex, to which I respectfully declined, assuming AAA would arrive soon. Not long after, he came by again (after dropping off his company car) to ask if I wanted to move my car, which I accepted this time around, after finding out that AAA wouldn't arrive for another 20 minutes. He pushed my car into the apartment complex and guided me to brake and steer.

I was very fortunate for his help and will definitely make sure to come to him for future plumbing services.

We've used Ardent Plumbing for the 8 years we've owned our house. Always impeccable, professional service at extremely reasonable prices.

Definitely the best plumbing business in town! Not only were Marco and Kevin were very knowledgeable, punctual and skilled, they have top-notch customer service and stand behind their work. They made an extra effort to ensure that we were satisfied with our whole-house water filtration installation. I also appreciate their email/text notification system so you know when they are en-route, which is super helpful and efficient! Would highly recommend for any plumbing work!

I have had a few jobs done by Ardent plumbing. One being a tankless water heater install. They supply a sensor that alerts when there is a leak and automatically cuts the water off. It's a great feature.

The sensor went off on a Sunday. I called to report the tankless water heater was leaking. Kevin called me on a Sunday to evaluate the leak severity and walked me through how to temporarily restore hot water until they could visit. Kevin and Nick both came out the next day. They were able to determine the leak was actually from my roof and not the tankless water heater connections. The leak was running down the piping, over the heater and into the safety system I mentioned.

They ended up sending roofers out to my home to make the repair. Talk about fantastic service!!! They just earned a customer for life. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend Ardent Plumbing.

Thank you so much Ardent Plumbing for coming to our rescue during the Christmas Holiday weekend! We had a pipe burst and Ardent came out and fixed everything. Good as new and we have water! Now my wife can start cooking for Christmas without any worries! Marco and Kevin are great!

Outstanding! First of all.... responsive! I called 6 companies for emergency service after midnight when my master toilet connection was spraying water and couldn't get the water main shut (the City finally arrived to help around 2am and 30+ soaking towels later). I left 4 voicemails and spoke to 2 answering services, one of which was Ardent. The ONLY one that got back to me the next morning was Ardent. In fact, they texted me prior to opening just to acknowledge that they got my message and will be contacting me shortly. That is customer service. I was given a 9am-1pm window. Nick and AD were here around 9:15am. They came, worked quickly and professionally. They immediately diagnosed the issue, and quoted a cost for the service that was very reasonable. They left before 10am. VERY happy customers. We're always looking for a relationship with good and trustworthy service providers. Last week found my AC service provider. Today I found my plumber.

I have NEVER used Ardent Plumbing. Today they charged my credit card for $837.43. I did not do any business with them. I did not order any thing from them. I do know how they got my credit card number but that card now has to be cancelled. I will be filing charges against them for FRAUD.

I have talked to the owner of Arden Plumbing and he assures me that they did NOT charge my account. It appears that some one else is using their Name and address to send Fraudulent bills.
Bank of America Fraud Unit is still investigating but has not determined the source yet. Hopefully, for both me and Ardent Plumbing we will they will find the source quickly.

I contacted Ardent this morning and they immediately got back to me and set up an appointment at my convenience. Marco came over at the scheduled time and looked at our concerns. He then gave us a quote. He was done with the work in an hour and everything is workings great! We are very happy with the job Marco did and will be using Ardent plumbing again!

Some projects Ardent did for me were affordable with no issues. The whole house filtration system they installed did so much additional damage to the rest of the plumbing, that I can't recommend this company. Two separate repair people have cited filtration system charcoal as the reason for broken appliances.

Excellent service! Very honest and professional. I called in today and was able to get the same day service. Kevin is very honest business person and very easy to communicate with. The price for the service was way below other competitors in the Plano area. I saved his card as I'm planning to use his company for all my plumbing needs. Ardent plumbing crews are great. They recommended solutions that make sense and benefit consumers. Marco Costa worked on changing my shower valve to new one. The work is great. He's very friendly and professional.

I previously had two 50 gal tank water heaters in my attic and planned to replace them with the same...but still worried about the possibility of a catastrophic failure with the 'ticking time bomb' of having those two tanked units in the attic.

I called Ardent when I was ready to schedule. Luckily, Kevin, the master plumber, answered the call and took a lot of time to explain very clearly to me all the pros of a tankless unit. I was still undecided, however, so he sent me estimates for both the tank and tankless units so I could make the decision. I ended up choosing a tankless unit.

I was very happy to be scheduled within just a couple days of making my decision. The crew came on time and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work and they cleaned up after themselves.

I highly recommend Ardent. They have great customer service and I love that you can text them. The dispatcher, Allison, was prompt in her replies to me. The price was also better than other plumbers in the area. So grateful for Kevin, the master plumber; he was so informative and allayed all my concerns of having a tankless unit. I am super pleased.

I have an older house and plumbing issues seem to show up more often. Ardent has taken care of every one of them at a VERY reasonable price. Ever since Ardent has been in business, I've used them because of the integrity of the company owner, Kevin. He was my plumber before he started Ardent as a company.
We all look for honesty, timeliness and fair pricing these days and with Ardent, you can count on all three of those. Highly recommend them.

We had our first repair done by Ardent more than a year ago. Ever since then we have become a loyal customer of Ardent Plumbing. Kevin is an excellent professional and his prices are very reasonable. Much lower than some of the other big name companies. Recently, we had Marco Costa do another repair for us. He informed us all the repair options and offered reasonable pricing as usual. I also appreciate their preference for texting and keeping us informed about arrival times and upfront info on price before the work starts.

Everyone I've interacted with at Ardent has been polite and personable, knowledgeable, and fast to respond. Very straightforward and honest, and even though we've been working through a property manager who has been handling repair cost and authorization, they have gone out of the way to answer questions and make sure I understand what they are working on. Kevin and Marco have been especially great to work with.

I have used Kevin/Ardent Plumbing 4 times now at our wedding venue and they always do a great job! Very quick to respond and clearly communicate every step of the way. I really appreciate how professional his team is and all the documentation and pictures provided with the invoice so I have a record of everything that has been completed.
