At Ease Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I have built 33 restaurants in my career and they outperform a lot of the sub con plumbers I use. They are very knowledgeable and always respectful of my home. I highly recommend this group for all of your plumbing needs.

I have called at-ease plumbing when one of our water heater is broke in attic, Randy did a excellent service, he replaced the old heater that is broke with reasonable price and he did fix the lousy plumbing the builder put in at no cost to have the second heater work just in case of future issues.

Honest, down to earth family man. I needed a leaky faucet repaired and he came out same day. I was able to pay my invoice today too, now I no longer worry about my faucet and have one less thing to do on my To Do list. Thank you Randy!

I could not be happier with Steve and the entire At-Ease Plumbing crew. I had back-to-back plumbing emergencies and in both cases Steve was out there the same day to take care of things. He did excellent work and was very reasonable, and I would absolutely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Randy was out to our house right away and found a massive leak in our sprinkler system. He also repaired a couple of our exterior faucets, it was a huge help! Super nice guy and thankfully he could come out so quickly!

We have used At-Ease plumbing for many years, for both plumbing repair as well as water heater installation. Randy is a honest and nice person and does a very professional job.

Had my shower valve replaced. The cover plate was loose with screws half way out and the valve wasn’t tightened to a 2x4. He broke the 2x4 that was already there and wedge the valve to the wall which was still loose. U can literally pull the the valve toward the shower 2 inches. I had to secured the valve to a new 2x4 I install myself and tightened up the plate. Not to mentioned he didn’t even close the drywall to cut off. Giving 2 stars only because they were available same day. Poor quality and overpriced. Will not repeat any business with them.

At-Ease plumbing came out on an early Saturday morning to install a new water heater at a very reasonable price. Our regular plumber said they couldn't come until the following week even though they advertised 24-hour emergency service. We were very appreciative, and At-Ease Plumbing became our new plumber.

Stay away from these guys. Very unprofessional...left me with a bad part in my shower. Never came back or even answered my calls. Now I am left with no water pressure. I went to their "business address" and there is nothing there.

What a terrible experience! Randy provided me with an estimate of a job which was very high, but he stated that he was estimating until he could see the problem. Upon completion, I received an invoice for the full amount, which ended up being $400 per hour of work (it took 1.5 hours). Never using this plumber again, and I highly recommend you get multiple bids if you choose to deal with this vendor.

Randy came out the day I called and got the job done quickly and professionally. He even took a look at my clogged AC line as a courtesy but wasn't able to do anything with it (which is totally fine as that requires another specialized set of tools).

The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is due to the cost. Because Randy is very good at what he does it only took him 15 minutes to replace my thermostat (a $20 part on Amazon). $325 dollars later I realized I'm in the wrong profession. Maybe I'll start my own water heater fixing company so i can also make $1000 plus as my effective hourly rate...

I want to reiterate that Randy is a great guy and did a great job. I also realize not everyone would be comfortable doing what he did, but I could have easily done it myself in 30 minutes which includes the time it takes to research how to fix it. I know any form of home maintenance service is going to be very expensive, but this just seemed excessive, hence the review.

I have used At Rase Plumbing several times. Today it was to unplug my kitchen drain. Previously to replace working parts of toilet and replace my water. Randy and Steve are polite and reliable. I’ve been very happy with the work they have done.

Very happy with this service, blocked kitchen drain. Was cleared .i was informed of what it would cost and what could possibly cost if complications occurred. Price was reasonable . I am happy and glad to recommend this company and would use them again if need arises.

Randy was punctual and communicated his arrival time in advance. the shower drain was unclogged and everything works fine. very professional job. Randy has previously done work for us and we always have had a good result.

I contacted At-Ease Plumbing to inquire about flushing both of my water heaters, in which the process was explained to me and I was quoted a price. After shopping around, I chose At-Ease Plumbing because of fair pricing and they worked with my schedule. Randy arrived on time, flushed both water heaters, provided some education, had some casual conversations, and then we called it a day! Would definitely work with Randy and At-Ease Plumbing again.
