FPP Plumbing did an excellent job! I had a clogged and broken old drain line in the crawl space. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, cleared the line, and replaced the pipe. Highly recommend!

My water heater expansion tank started leaking and this plumber near me was the only one who picked up on a Saturday night. Got it fixed quick, definitely recommend!

FPP came on time and replaced a stuck valve in my shower. The job required extensive cutting to get the part out but the plumber did the job very well and maintained the quoted price which was very reasonable. I rarely recommend service businesses but I’d highly recommend FPP for your plumbing needs.

Had a broken faucet in upstairs bedroom that caused water to leak below into kitchen when the shower was being used. Contacted FPP and they had one of their guys over within an hour. Denys evaluated the situation and proposed a reasonable price to do the repairs. He was careful to avoid damaging the tile work, coming in through the side. I decided to have him also repair another upstairs shower that constantly clogged up, reducing water flow. We decided to go ahead and change out all of the faucets at the same time, and Denys went and made all of the purchases, including obtaining a fan to dry out the cavity where the water leaked. Denys did a great job, and stayed until pretty late in the afternoon to finish it and do it right. He provided me the receipt for the purchases, so that I would have it for any warranty claim, if necessary, as he recommended Moen faucets because they have lifetime warranties. Very happy with the work and price, and I’d recommend FPP, which stands for “Fix Plumbing Problems,” I learned.

BIG 5 STARS for FPP they came through above and beyond the call! I called them around 3:30pm and they answered the phone and I described my dilemma, gasket blow out in shower tub. I mean it was full on in the tub! FPP called me back in about 20 minutes and said their man would be there in 40 minutes. He arrived on time! He was very descript and concise on conveying the possible outcomes and pricing on rectifying the problem. he showed me the failed part and left to go and get the new replacement part. Once back he had me repaired within 25 minutes! He also made an adjustment on my toilet and stopped a
small leak! Yes I would recommend FPP to my friends!

I hope you never need an emergency plumber like I did - but if you do Denys is the man.

He identified a slab leak in my home and quickly coordinated to get a tunneling crew out the next day. He stayed very late till 9:30pm that following day to finish fixing and replacing the pipe underneath my slab to make sure we had working water that night. Things out of his control kept going wrong
but he was quick to mitigate and fix the issues.

He was very professional, educational, and helpful. He’s clearly very good at what he does and you’re in good hands. I’ll be calling him for future work (but hope I never need to!)

FPP is awesome. I have been using them for 2 years. I have replaced shower valves, shower trims and fucets, sink faucets and all my valves to quarter turn using their services. Denys is very honest and pleasant, and I feel very comfortable using him for any plumbing related issues. I highly recommend them and I will surely be using him for future jobs.

FPP Plumbing did a great job for us. I noticed water leaking in the front yard and it started flooding the flower bed, so I looked for a plumber near me. The plumber showed up fast, found a failed PRV valve, explained everything, and fixed it without any hassle.The leak stopped right away and I’m happy! 100% recommend. They’re my go-to plumber now.

I have several properties so have met many plumbers. Usually it’s someone with an iPad quoting & reading a script which translates to a speech about how bad things could be & an outrageous price. Not these folks .. actually talked to Dennis & he quoted me on a text & showed up in 3 hours. Amazing!

Our water heater started leaking and we called FPP Plumbing. A plumber came out in about 20 minutes and stopped the leak. After that he told us the water heater was basically done and needed to be replaced.The water heater was in the attic, so we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job. The price wasn’t cheap, but it was fair for the work and location. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. They also helped us choose the right water heater instead of trying to sell us something unnecessary.They replaced it the same day, pulled the city permit, and passed inspection with no issues. Overall just really solid service. This is definitely the plumber we’ll be calling from now on.

Denys does ‘EXCEPTIONAL’ work! I HIGHLY recommend him. He was referred to me by my coworker, and she raved about his service. I reached out to him desperately needing help because my toilet overflowed and flooded my closet. Although, Im ‘significantly’ outside of his coverage area, Denys graciously agreed to come out to see how he could help me. I had a shower drain issue was from a prior tile guy/plumber that was unlicensed. I stopped that installation, but needed the drain pipe redone. Denys agreed to look at both while he was here. He arrived on time, assessed what was needed and efficiently worked to resolve my issues. He explained the issues I was having with the toilet and the drain and corrected them. Denys was very detailed and meticulous in his work, which gave me confidence in his ability to fix my issues. He cleaned up after the projects and gave me a great price for all the work he did.

I am so grateful for Denys and the work he completed in my home. I know I am not in his coverage area, but Im willing to pay him to come again because a licensed, exceptional, HONEST, plumber is hard to find! THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming out so quickly, fixing my issues and allowing me to rest easy knowing it was done right!

Called Saturday evening for a water leak emergency. I made it clear right away that it's urgent and asked if they can come out right away. The guy insisted I must give him all the information like address, phone number, email etc. Only after that he said they can't come out till Monday! Why wasting my time and taking all my contact information well knowing the urgency? Extremely unprofessional, very dodgy practice.

I have had several plumbing events over the last few years and I've used Smith and Son's plumbing every time. These guys are a local business and were originally referred to me on our neighborhood Nextdoor app. The owner Rick was very responsive and communicated directly with me and always answers every question you may have prior to beginning a project. Their rates/prices are extremely fair and over the years i have had a couple different technicians come to the house. They were extremely skilled and very professional. Rick's team always seem to be able to solve the problem very quickly and have resolved my clogged pipe issues on several occasions to my complete satisfaction.

If you have any sort of plumbing needs, don't hesitate to call these guys, for a quick resolution at a fair price. I will continue to use Smith and Son's plumbing for all of my future plumbing related issues.
