Called Randy Watson early Saturday afternoon to help replace two shut off valves under the sink in the guest bathroom. Randy arrived shortly after the call and quickly removed the old shut off valves and replaced them quickly. While waiting for Randy the water was shut off to our house and we now have running water. My wife Mary and I are both extremely pleased with the prompt arrival and speedy repair. Thanks Randy for a job well done.

Randy came out to fix the faucet on my 4 year old’s bathtub. My 4 year old insisted on following Randy around the whole time. Randy was amazing. He explained to him what he was doing, showed him his tools, and let him ‘help’. He was so patient. Oh, yeah, and he fixed the faucet super quick! Great service. Would recommend. 10/10

We are doing a DIY master bath remodel and ran into issues getting the tub installed and lined up, so we called At Ease Plumbing to come help us out. David and Brad came out and did a professional job installing the tub and at a fair price. It looks great! When I filled it up to test it out, there was a slight leak at the drain, but they came back out and fixed it and told me if I ever have any problems to let them know as they want it to be done right. You just don’t find that too often. They have won my business and are our new plumber.
Also had a kitchen sink installed and they did a great job. Quick and professional installation. -
I had a water heater leak and Randy was able to get to our house within a few hours. He replaced the water heater quickly at a very reasonable price. I plan to use at-ease for any plumbing services in the future!

I called At Ease Plumbing this AM at about 10:00. The owner , Randy, showed up at my house at 2:00 PM. I had two problems - A leaky faucet which caused water to go down below the sink and get on the floor and a toilet that was not level. He quickly diagnosed both problems and was able to fix them in a very timely manner. He worked on these problems for forty-five minutes and submitted his bill for $125.00.
I was very pleased with his promptness, professionalism and reasonable fees and will definitely use him again when the necessity arises. -
Via my home warranty company, I had another company come out 3 different times. At-Ease Plumbing came out and quickly (and at a reasonable price) resolved what the other company didn't want to. The employee contacted me on time to let me know he would be a little late, called with ample time for me to get home when he was on the way, worked quickly, checked everything several times until he was satisfied, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite and respectful. This was my first time using At-Ease plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future if this is the quality of work I can expect from them.

Calling this company was one of the best decisions I ever made. I have never met such a professional yet personable team. These guys really helped me in a pinch. I had so many people lookat an issue I was having with a drain that was going to cost thousands. The Plubmers that had come out before treated me like I was just a dollar sign to them. I could Tell that Randy and the team really cared about getting this done for me. They were quick but extremely detail oriented. The price was fair and the work was pristine. I recommend this company for any job. I have even suggested them to other firends who had the same expieience.

Randy came to our house on Christmas Eve and cleared our blocked drain very quickly and efficiently. The logic for the method he used was explained clearly and patiently. Furthermore, pricing was explained up front and the final price fell within the range he provided. Lastly, Randy was very nice to our family, our guests and our dog. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I used Randy a few times in the past and was pleased, but in my opinion, his last 2 visit he showed up late, generally went poorly and were significantly overpriced for the amount of time he actually spent on-site. I communicated my dissatisfaction to Steve, but just receive an "Oh-Well" attitude and I will not be using At-Ease again. On his last visit I suspected there was a leak from underneath a faucet, but Randy said it was fine and the water from the countertop was just running under the gasket. Well a few weeks later the leak was worse and the new plumbing company I used showed up on time, verified it was the faucet, fixed it in a flash, and it was about 1/2 of what I paid Randy for on another job. Your results may vary, but mine sure went in the right direction after I switched companies.

This is our third time to use Randy for our plumbing needs. He has repaired a gas leak, replaced hot water heaters and changed out our kitchen sink faucet. He is always on time and we have always been very pleased with his work! We would definitely recommend Randy for your plumbing needs!

Randy was the best part of a really “crappy” situation. He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. I had a slab leak and two broken pipes that required digging under the house to repair. Randy, gave me all the possible options and allowed me to chose. He answered all my questions and was very reasonably priced. Randy has the experience and resources for any plumbing need big or small. If I have any issues in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Randy!

I called Randy in the morning and he was there by 5:00 p.m. that same day. My washing machine was not draining well and was backing up at the drain. He had the issue fixed within an hour! His prices are comparable to the other quotes and I would recommend him to all my friends.

At Ease Plumbing, specifically Randy, have been nothing short of amazing throughout our repair process. They worked with us around our babies schedule, they were prompt and clean, they didn't try to nickel and dime us, and were completely understanding when our insurance check was taking longer than expected. But by far the best experience we have had with this company is their quality of service and fair prices. They don't take advantage customers and they don't cut corners in their work to accommodate their incredibly reasonable rates.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for two years and have only glowing things to say about Randy, Steve, and their professionalism. Randy replaced two of our water heaters, one in June of 2016 and another in Sept 2017. On both occasions, he was on time (or before!), well supplied and returned quickly from obtaining our new water heaters from their suppliers. We felt their prices were very competitive. Two weeks ago we had a leak in an inside wall by the water heaters caused by a slow leak dating back to the original home build. Randy came out on his Sunday afternoon, before his 'date' with his granddaughter that evening, and repaired the slow leak that day instead of waiting until Monday. This past week (3-8-2018), one of the water heater's gas would not still not come on. Randy performed warranty work, no questions asked. They answer the phone immediately almost every time we have had to call. We will continue using At-Ease Plumbing in this home as well as the home we're building in Prosper. They're fair, competent, competitive, punctual and just nice guys!!

My water heater started leaking and had to be shut off. I didn't call until 4pm, but Randy was in the next morning to look at it, and again the following morning with the replacement unit.
He was very professional and extremely communicative. We wanted several modifications- installing it in the attic, adding a few extra faucets for potential future hookups, etc- and he rolled with all of them without nickel-and-diming us. Highly recommend! -
Once again we used At-Ease plumbing to solve an issue at our house in Plano. We have used them several times and each time has been great. Once for a slab leak, a couple clogs, and a dripping washer hose. They are attentive, professional and honest. You never get any phony baloney just an assessment and an estimate - after which the problem gets fixed. They are decent local businesspeople who are reliable and perform quality work.

We were customers for several years. Randy most recently came and replaced our two tank water heaters with one tankless. the tankless is a condensing unit. within 2 months, It leaked from the exhaust pipe causing water damage in the bathroom below it. Randy came to fix it and said he never saw that happen before. We decided to get a second and third opinion. Turns out, what we actually needed was a new exhaust vent and a roofer to make sure the vent was sealed properly. This was actually not that expensive but definitely required several people to do it. A one man operation like At ease should not be installing these type of tankless. The manufacture specifies what type of exhaust pipe must be used and that the piping should be insulated. After they did that job, the other plumbing company told us all condensing tankless needed 1. a neutralizer in order to not ruin our pipes, 2. a valve to make sure the HVAC system does not blow back into the Tankless when the HVAC is being serviced AND 3.a drip pan to catch any overflow. At ease didn't even install a drip pan!!! He left the old drip pans that were 3 feet away from the new very expensive tankless. We decided to research ourselves by calling the manufacturer of the tankless, they agreed with everything AND from the photos said the install was not a good install. The fact that Randy installed the tankless and then had to come back out the next day to realize how it is supposed to be primed in order to actually work, should have been a sign that we were not going to be happy. How do you install a tankless and not know how to actually start it up? He also did not program it because my husband had to go program it so that the recirculating pump would quit turning off at the worst times. Randy didn't even set the time. In short, we paid for a full install of a tankless (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS) and only half of the work was done. I called Steve at the company (his son) and told him I did not think his father should be doing tankless installs and why. He offered absolutely nothing to make up for the over $10,000.00 this thing has cost us (between the initial install, the additional plumbing work and the painting/dry wall repairs). Randy had talked us into the tankless because of how much it would cost if the tanks leaked. Well, the tankless has cost us that much already. We will never use them again.

Randy from At-Ease was able to come to my house on a last minute call, Friday evening, to come look at our water heater which has started to leak. He did not charge for the visit and was able to get a new water heater installed the very next morning. Really appreciated the personal attention and care he gave to our family for getting us setup quickly.

We've had At Ease Plumbing out to our house twice in two weeks (for unrelated issues!) and each time they've arrived within the set window, went to work promptly on our issue, and got the job done with a minimum of mess and fuss. They left everything clean and had reasonable pricing (particularly for a weekend visit.) Best of all, they were able to get to us quickly both times instead of a wait of days or weeks. They'll definitely stay on our call list.
ETA: A couple of months later, we needed a new comfort height toilet (for elderly parents) and had Randy in to change it out. Happy with his work as always! -
Randy was fabulous. He came the same day and worked until dark trying to clear our clog. He brought another plumber to help the next day. Together they got the drains cleared quickly. The price was fair and there was no attempt to sell me additional work. They are now in my contact list for any future plumbing needs.

I absolutely love these guys. Randy is always so responsive and quick. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair and their customer service is top notch. They have saved me several times with flooding issues due to the stupid way my AC is plummed. If you have plumbing issues, make sure you call them! Thank you Randy, you bring me a lot of peace of mind knowing you're there to help.
