Ardent Plumbing is amazing. Outstanding customer service, honest, prompt, fair pricing and will even waive the dispatch call fee with repair. I called at least 8 other companies and none would waive the fee with repair. They even quickly worked me in the schedule since there was someone in the area.

Kevin, the RMP Master, who came out to check my outdoor gas leak was very patient with my questions and explained everything to me in terminology I could understand.

If I had more thumbs, I’d give more than 2 thumbs up and I highly recommend this company!!!

Kevin Anderson was Amazing, Please call him with gas or water plumbing issues. He has worked with us, the City of Allen and Coserve getting permits and inspections the whole week. It's Friday 9pm the gas company just lit our hot water heater. Ready for hot shower!!!! Please call him!!!

The plumber who came by was very courteous and on time. Once he saw the location of the leak, he identified where the leak might be from and once he open the spot, it was right there, so he saved resources to identify the problem! There will come to repair it next week so so far I am satisfied with the process.

I highly recommend Ardent plumbing! They have been our go to plumber ever since we moved into our home two years ago. Kevin and his team are true professionals. They have always shot straight with me and my husband, and their pricing is more than fair. We’ve had them out for simple repairs as well as ones that were supposed to be simple but ended up being more complex due to decisions made by the builder +20 years ago. When our hot water heater leaked in the middle of the night, their emergency line immediately called us back and we had a team out the next day to install a new one. Had a scary situation with a possible slab leak and my homeowner warranty company couldn't send someone for 5 days. Connected with Ardent and liked them from the beginning with their modern approach to customer experience and responsiveness through texting. They got Nick out the same day who was very clear about the diagnostic options and pricing, and once discussed went right to work. He was supported by their Master Plumber Kevin so I felt very confident in their recommendations. They found the problem which happened to be above ground (thank God) and fixed the issue in a couple of hours. Ardent Plumbing will be at the top of my list for plumbing needs in the future and recommend them for yours.

Kevin from Ardent SAVED the day! My husband was attempting something way out of his purview and was in it up to his eyeballs. We went to Morrison Plumbing supply in Plano and came across Kevin in the parking lot. My husband told Kevin of his situation and Kevin with Ardent was able to walk the guy at Morrison through what my husband needed for our issue. There was nothing in it for Kevin (although, my husband did offer to pay him for his expertise), yet Kevin still was happy and willing to assist. It is nice to know that there are still good people in this world. Thank you Kevin, you saved the day and my husband's sanity. If/When we are in need of a Plumber in the future we will be sure to call Ardent and ask for Kevin, as well as recommend them to our friends.

We found our Plummer. Kevin was very responsive, professional, educational, and oozed integrity. We called Ardent Plumbing LLC and were contacted via text right away and we were able schedule an appointment within the hour. Kevin took the time to listen and understand our problem. I watched him use his high tech equipment and he walked me through the whole process. He took the time to thoroughly fixed our problem and educate us how to best upkeep our plumbing going forward. I've been using Ardent Plumbing for 10+ years on jobs big and small. They've always been extremely helpful and professional and always do a great job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

I normally don’t write reviews. However, after Ardent Plumbing install my tankless water heater, I feel like I need to tell the public about them. I had 3 companies set to come out to give me an estimate. The first company told me their price, which was overpriced. Then Ardent Plumbing came, and Kevin came to help me dry my garage and turn off the gas leading into my old broken water heater (which was surprising considering that the first company didn’t even do that or mention it). Ardent Plumbing did this all in just a consultation. The price was half of the 1st company. I can’t be more satisfied with Ardent service. I cancel the 3rd company because I knew that Ardent Plumbing is the right choice. No need to waste anybody else time.

2nd time we've called on them for some service. 2nd great experience. Highly recommend!
