it is unfortunate that the first person who helps you gives you such bad customer service, I have been reading great comments about the company, however, my first interaction with the LISA, the lady who picked up the phone, was extremely sour. She hung up on me twice, at first I though it was a mistake but the second time I confirmed it wasn't. I can only imagine the number of clients she is turning away just for her lack of professionalism over the phone.

Honest review here. I just had them install a water filtration system. They tried to over charge me for the number hours they worked and the amount of materials used. I had it all on camera so they adjusted the bill. However, if I didn’t have it on camera or knowledgeable about the materials, then they would have easily taken advantage of me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Joe came out and repaired a leak we had in our shower. He did a fantastic job and was very professional.

Stephen and Mario were fantastic to work with during our full home sewer reroute! As well as the dig crew who kept it clean around mine and our neighbors house. 10/10 recommend mothers plumbing.

Everyone I worked with at Mother Modern offered kindness, were very professional, and gave exceptional communication. These folks included Willy, who diagnosed our issue and offered different solutions verbally and in writing (with an in-depth summary that I've never received from another plumbing company.) He was very patient with our many questions.

Mauricio and Julio fixed our pipe that had root intrusion and were sure to ask us multiple times if we had any questions. They worked late and we appreciated it. The excavators were also very hard workers and did a wonderful job.

I will call Mother Modern Plumbing again and will recommend them to others.

Ben and Bryan did an amazing job! They were both so friendly and helpful as well! My only complaint was the cost of the jet streaming service. Otherwise it was a very easy and pleasant experience!

First of all the houses 22 years old.

Ben was the first plumber that arrived to check out the problem with my kitchen sink backing up. He ran the cameras Down the sink drain and saw a clog at around 18 feet down the way.
We discussed the solution, the price and the next person that would come out this afternoon to do a Jet system clean out.

Within an hour, Brian arrived, and he explained what he was going to do.
He was very thorough. It took him about an hour and a half, and he explained and showed me the pictures that he took with the camera. He showed me where the grease build up was and the cleaned pipe.
Both of them were very courteous , respectful and great communicators.
I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using this company.

Adam showed up right on time and was super professional and friendly. He got one of the jobs done very quickly, and he didn’t even charge me! He was straightforward with me about another job being more complicated than I expected, and gave me multiple options on how to repair. I will absolutely be using Mother Modern again.
